摘要 隨著信息社會的飛速發(fā)展，PACS系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院工作中的應用也逐漸趨于完善，PACS系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院的建設因此成為重點，系統(tǒng)安全性和穩(wěn)定性也一直是臨床應用的關(guān)注熱點之一。因此，本文就是對PACS系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院使用中的安全性與穩(wěn)定性的狀況的探討。
PACS系統(tǒng)與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)或放射學信息系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合，可以使醫(yī)院向著實現(xiàn)影像診斷無膠片化的方向邁進。實現(xiàn)徹底的無膠片和數(shù)字化醫(yī)院，成為醫(yī)療現(xiàn)代化的必須。
本文是根據(jù)PACS系統(tǒng)的特點，在醫(yī)院使用中的狀況，力求根據(jù)當前實際情況進行闡述介紹。通過對PACS系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展、特點以及使用后帶來的前所未有的改變作一些調(diào)研；并介紹了DICOM的出現(xiàn)與內(nèi)容及對PACS系統(tǒng)的意義；調(diào)查分析PACS系統(tǒng)近幾年在中國的市場狀況，并對比使用前后醫(yī)院的工作流程，以及快速的發(fā)展對我國的PACS系統(tǒng)市場所帶來的影響；系統(tǒng)安全性的內(nèi)容及維護方式；PACS系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性措施與系統(tǒng)的升級和可拓展；最后則由在北京某醫(yī)院超聲科實習期間對超聲科PACS系統(tǒng)的操作使用進行簡單的分析，并通過本文對PACS系統(tǒng)的探討展開對未來的PACS系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展提出自己的想法與總結(jié)。

The Research on the application of the safety and stability of the PACS system
Abstract With the rapid development of information society,the using of PACS in the hospital is increasingly perfect and the construction of PACS in the hospital becomes a key. The safety and stability of the system have been one of the hot spots of clinical application.Therefore,this paper discusses the security and stability of the PACS in the hospital.
The combination of PACS system and hospital information system or radiology information system can make imaging diagnosis develop in the direction of  no film mode.Realizing no film
and digital hospital become necessities of medical modernization. According to the characteristics of the PACS and its usage now,this aritcle strive to expound the fact.The author did research about the development, characteristics , the use of PACS after the change . This paper introduces the appearance of DICOM and how it impacts PACS system.Survey the market situation of PACS in China and contrast the working process of the hospital before and after using and how its rapid development impacts PACS system market in China . Other research includes the content and maintenance method of the system security , system stability measures and upgrades of PACS system.
Finally, According to the using and analysis of PACS system during the internship in a hospital，in Beijing , this paper puts forward some ideas and summary to the future development of PACS system.
