摘要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和用工成本的提高,越來(lái)越多的生產(chǎn)流水線開始采用自動(dòng)化裝置代替人工進(jìn)行單調(diào)、頻繁和重復(fù)的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間作業(yè),或是危險(xiǎn)、惡劣環(huán)境下的作業(yè)。樹脂鏡片分揀裝置用在鏡片疵瑕檢測(cè)生產(chǎn)線上,其功能是代替人工完成生產(chǎn)線上樹脂鏡片的搬運(yùn)與分揀作業(yè)。本課題對(duì)樹脂鏡片分揀裝置的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究,針對(duì)該裝置產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際背景和將來(lái)的實(shí)際用途,其研究目的和意義如下:(1)該樹脂鏡片分揀裝置采用光學(xué)顯微鏡,對(duì)樹脂鏡片瑕疵進(jìn)行四百倍放大,測(cè)量了疵病的尺寸,用CCD拍攝圖像代替了肉眼觀察瑕疵。既避免了肉眼觀察瑕疵產(chǎn)生的疏漏和視力的有限性,又避免了工人視覺疲勞和增加了樹脂鏡片分揀、分級(jí)的精度。(2)自動(dòng)分揀技術(shù)代替人工分揀,減少了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高了工作效率。通過圖像處理設(shè)備,使得鏡片自動(dòng)分級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)分揀效率:2只/秒。確保精確地釋放到下料機(jī)構(gòu),方便快捷。其實(shí)驗(yàn)方法是通過CCD拍攝圖像,并對(duì)樹脂鏡片瑕疵進(jìn)行放大。由于使用雙攝像頭,所以為確保圖片的完整,拍攝后將拍攝圖像合成為一張圖像。對(duì)樹脂鏡片進(jìn)行精確分級(jí)的分揀的裝置為三盤式分揀裝置,主體由上蓋,中盤,下蓋組成。中盤的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度由凸輪分割器保證。傳動(dòng)部分是由Y90S-4三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出動(dòng)力,通過減速器將動(dòng)力傳遞給中盤的主軸,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)中盤的旋轉(zhuǎn),被分級(jí)鏡片精確地投放在下料結(jié)構(gòu)上,輸送到精確的位置。

Abstract With the progress of science and technology and labor costs rise, more and more production line start with automatic device instead of artificial drab, frequent and repetitive job for a long time, or danger, the exercise of harsh environments.Resin lens sorting device used in lens testing on the production line, its function is to replace artificial to complete production line of resin lens handling and sorting operation.This topic to the application of the resin lens sorting device are studied, according to the actual background of the devices and the actual use of in the future, the research purpose and meaning is as follows: (1) the resin lens sorting device by optical microscope, to four hundred times magnification of resin lens defects, measure the size of the fault, using the CCD photograph images instead of the naked eye defects.Avoids macroscopic observation defects produced by defects and limited vision, visual fatigue and avoid the workers and increasing the resin lens sorting, the accuracy of classification.(2) the automatic sorting technology instead of manual sorting, reduced the labor intensity, improve work efficiency.Through image processing equipment, makes the lens automatic grading and implement sorting efficiency: only 2 per second.Released into the blanking mechanism to ensure accurate, convenient and quick.The experimental method was shot by CCD image and enlarge resin lens defects.Due to the use of dual cameras, so as to ensure the integrity of images, taken after the synthesize shooting images into an image.Accurate classification of resin lens sorting device for three disc sorting device, main body by the cover, the central disk, under cover.The rotation of the central disk by CAM division to ensure accuracy, rotating 60 degrees at a time.Transmission part is the rated power is 1.1 KW, rated torque and maximum torque of 2.2 N.m m, full speed to 1400 r/min Y90S - 4 three-phase asynchronous motor, through the transmission ratio is 1:6 0 transfer power to the main shaft of reducer, thus achieve the rotation of the central disk,By classifying the lens precisely on the next material structure, to the exact location.
