Abstract

With the rapid development of society and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more attention to education, especially English teaching of middle school. On account of the education of whole people, the research of education has extended to the education of ethnic minorities. Panzhihua has more than 20 ethnic minorities, such as Yi, Lisu, Miao, Hui, etc. However, the situation of English teaching of middle school of ethnic minorities in Panzhihua City is not perfect, although some achievements have been made; many problems still need to be resolved. It is crucial to maintain the sustainable education and improve quality of the whole people in Panzhihua City by means of strengthening the awareness of English learning in ethnic minorities’ areas, establishing educational system and mechanism which integrating the urban and rural areas, increasing investment of education, reinforcing teachers team building and management, etc..

摘 要

隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高,人們更加關(guān)注教育問題,由于教育的全民化,教育研究已延伸到少數(shù)民族地區(qū).攀枝花少數(shù)民族有以彝,栗粟,苗,回為主共42個少數(shù)民族,其教育現(xiàn)狀并不令人滿意. 通過對攀枝花民族教育現(xiàn)狀的分析可知:攀枝花的民族教育雖然取得了一定的成就,但也存在著相應(yīng)的問題。通過對攀枝花民族教育前景的分析得出:要促進攀枝花民族教育的發(fā)展,可以從加強雙語教育,整合教育資源,增加教育經(jīng)費投入,提高教師的管理水平和素質(zhì)入手,從根本上有效地促進攀枝花市民族教育的發(fā)展.
