摘 要
現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),歸根結(jié)底是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。隨著中國(guó)企業(yè)的不斷新增,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也是日益激烈,因此人力資源成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要力量。市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)就在于人才的素質(zhì)水平,然而人才素質(zhì)的提升關(guān)鍵在于企業(yè)的員工培訓(xùn)。如今,員工培訓(xùn)已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)打造一流人才隊(duì)伍,提升員工整體素質(zhì)水平的重要手段。提升員工培訓(xùn)效果,已經(jīng)成為各家企業(yè)的一門(mén)重要課題,它是各家企業(yè)能夠蓬勃發(fā)展,提高效益所必不可少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。面對(duì)日益復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng),高效的員工培訓(xùn)是加強(qiáng)員工高素質(zhì)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),打造高水平團(tuán)隊(duì),為企業(yè)提供新鮮有力血液的重要因素。
本文以南京頂正包材有限公司為研究對(duì)象,以培訓(xùn)相關(guān)知識(shí)理論為基礎(chǔ),借助于文獻(xiàn)法和訪(fǎng)談法,對(duì)該培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析。通過(guò)對(duì)南京頂正包材有限公司的員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的分析了解,探討公司員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題,發(fā)現(xiàn)在該公司實(shí)際培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中,員工培訓(xùn)的執(zhí)行難度較大,監(jiān)督力度較弱,整個(gè)培訓(xùn)的效果不明顯。通過(guò)與公司員工的訪(fǎng)談,了解員工真正的培訓(xùn)需求,以及對(duì)待培訓(xùn)的態(tài)度,結(jié)合需要層次理論與實(shí)際體會(huì)給出了具體的改善對(duì)策和建議。

Abstract
The competition between modern enterprises, in the final analysis is the talent competition. With the new China's enterprises increasing, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, so the human resource becomes the important force in the enterprise competition. Under the market economy system, enterprise's competitive advantage lies in the quality level of talent, but talent quality of ascension is the key to enterprise staff training. Nowadays, employee training has become a modern enterprise’s important means to build first-class talent team, enhance the level of the staff overall quality. Improving staff training effect has become an important topic to all of the companies, it is essential important link for each enterprise to booming and improve business efficiency. In the face of increasingly complex financial markets, efficient staff training is the important factor to strengthen the construction of staff team, create a high level team, provide enterprises with strong fresh blood.
Papers to the NJDZ company for research object, on the basis of training related knowledge theory, by using literature method and interview method, study and analysis about the present situation of the training. By analyzing the current situation of the staff training, find out the problems existing in the company staff training. Found in the process of the practical training, the implementation of staff training is difficult, such as weak supervision strength, the whole training effect is not obvious. Through interviews with employees, understand the real training needs, and the attitude of training, hierarchy of needs theory and practical experience, the improvement of the specific countermeasures and Suggestions are given.
