摘要:企業(yè)信息化的實(shí)施是一項(xiàng)以“效益驅(qū)動”為目標(biāo)的投資項(xiàng)目，企業(yè)所關(guān)心的是系統(tǒng)投入運(yùn)行之后，是否能達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo)，投入和收益比率如何，能否通過信息化給企業(yè)帶來效益。應(yīng)當(dāng)利用一整套切合實(shí)際的指標(biāo)體系和評價模型對其進(jìn)行綜合評價，全面、準(zhǔn)確、客觀地評價企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平，比較企業(yè)之間信息化水平方面的差異和特點(diǎn)，以指導(dǎo)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)工作。本文研究的重點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：首先，根據(jù)信息化績效評價體系構(gòu)建的原則來建立指標(biāo)體系；然后，采用層次分析法構(gòu)建企業(yè)信息化評價模型，并計(jì)算各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重；最后，利用該模型分析方正集團(tuán)信息化，證明該評價模型在實(shí)際中有較好的作用和價值。

Abstract：Implementation of enterprise information with a "benefit -driven " as the goal of the investment projects, enterprises are concerned about after the system into operation , whether it can reach the intended target, and how to invest the revenue ratio , the information can be passed to the enterprise benefits. Should use a set of realistic eva luation index system and its comprehensive eva luation model , comprehensive, accurate and objective eva luation of the level of development of enterprise information , the comparison between the level of information and business aspects of the differences in characteristics to guide the construction of enterprise information work .Focus of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects : First , based on the principles of information system performance eva luation index system built to create ; then , using AHP to build enterprise informatization eva luation model, and calculate the weight of each index ; finally, Founder Group analyzed using the model information to prove that the eva luation model has a good role and value in practice.
