摘 要：自2008年黃金期貨正式在上海期貨交易所掛牌交易以后，黃金期貨作為金融衍生品在中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)上獲得了良好的發(fā)展。然而，黃金期貨在中國(guó)的發(fā)展時(shí)間比起世界上其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家仍然較短，其本身應(yīng)具有的價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能也不明顯，同時(shí)，黃金這種貴金屬，無(wú)論是現(xiàn)貨還是期貨都具有極高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性，使得投資者的資產(chǎn)得到增值、保值的同時(shí)承受巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文主要以2014年2月到2014年4月3個(gè)月中國(guó)黃金現(xiàn)貨、中美黃金期貨主力合約日收盤(pán)價(jià)格為樣本，運(yùn)用單位根檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)性分析以及因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)等方法，對(duì)中、美黃金現(xiàn)貨價(jià)格的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系以及中美黃金期貨價(jià)格的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行探索,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩國(guó)現(xiàn)貨和期貨之間有很高的相關(guān)性，兩國(guó)期貨有明顯的引導(dǎo)關(guān)系。最后從政府和相關(guān)部門(mén)監(jiān)管以及投資者自身教育角度提出加強(qiáng)政府監(jiān)管，提高立法執(zhí)法力度并提高投資者安全投資意識(shí)等建議。

Abstract: Since the year of 2008, gold futures appeared in Shanghai Futures Exchange. It experienced a large development in the China’s financial market as a financial derivative in the next few years. However, the development time of gold futures in China is much shorter than other developed countries in the world. Also, the function of price discovery which it should have is not obvious. At the same time, to this precious metal gold, the risk of spot gold and gold futures are both very high, it brings the investors profit but force them to bear the enormous risks. This essay mainly uses the data of China spot gold, the China and U.S. gold futures main contracts day closing price from 2014 February to 2014 April as the sample, using methods like unit root test, correlation analysis and causality test, to study the linkage between the price of gold futures and spot gold and the linkage between the price of China and U.S.’s gold futures. We find that there are high relationships between those figures. In this way, we can increase the accuracy of the judgment of the China’s gold futures prices, and give some measures of improve the management of government, strengthen legislation and law enforcement and improve safety awareness of investors from the views of government and investors.
