[摘要]美國(guó)量化寬松政策是金融危機(jī)之后推出的貨幣政策，仔細(xì)研究美國(guó)量化寬松過(guò)程，準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估預(yù)測(cè)其對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)各方面造成的的影響對(duì)我國(guó)積極有效地應(yīng)對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)變化有著至關(guān)重要的作用。
在此背景下，本文將著手研究美國(guó)量化寬松政策的特點(diǎn)、效果及其給我國(guó)各經(jīng)濟(jì)要素帶來(lái)的影響，同時(shí)根據(jù)這些特點(diǎn)與影響提出一些我國(guó)面臨美國(guó)貨幣政策變化的積極應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
具體來(lái)說(shuō)，首先，本文將簡(jiǎn)要地概括出量化寬松政策的概念、特點(diǎn)以及其實(shí)行的歷史淵源，同時(shí)闡述此次美國(guó)各輪量化寬松政策的具體措施。其次，針對(duì)美國(guó)各輪量化寬松政策的具體實(shí)施過(guò)程，分析其通過(guò)各種傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制產(chǎn)生的效果，同時(shí)著重分析其對(duì)我國(guó)主要經(jīng)濟(jì)因素產(chǎn)生的影響，包括對(duì)我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、資本流動(dòng)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、人民幣匯率、通脹等方面的影響。最后，在分析美國(guó)量化寬松對(duì)我國(guó)主要經(jīng)濟(jì)要素影響的基礎(chǔ)上，本文將探索中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。

An Empirical Research on the Impact of US Quantitative Easing Policy on China and its Countermeasures
Abstract：The quantitative easing of US is a monetary policy after economic crisis. Studying the process of quantitative easing， accurately estimating for the various aspects of the impact of the economy in our country play a vital role in China's effective response to the changes of global economic situation.
In this background， this paper will set out to study the characteristics ， effects， and the impacts on our country’s economic factors of the U.S. quantitative easing. According to these characteristics and influence ， I will put forward some positive coping strategies in China to the U.S. monetary policy change.
Specifically， first of all， this article will briefly outlines the concept ， the historical origin of quantitative easing， and expounds specific measures of each round of ＂quantitative easing＂ in the U.S. Secondly， this article will introduce the specific implementation process of each round of "quantitative easing" ，analyze its effects through a variety of transmission mechanism， and will be focus on analysis of the impact on the main economic factors in China， including the macro economy， capital flows， international trade， the RMB exchange rate， inflation， etc. Finally， based on the analysis of the quantitative easing (QE) policy’s impacts on our country’s economic factors， this article will explore the coping strategies of China's monetary policy.
