摘要 城市的交通是城市經(jīng)濟的命脈，是衡量城市文明進步的重要標注，深深的影響著國民的生活水平。隨著改革開放以來中國的經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，中國的機動車數(shù)量在快速的增加，導致了城市道路的交通擁堵，交通事故發(fā)生的頻率不斷攀升，交通需求和道路設施時間的矛盾日益尖銳。平面交叉口是城市道路網(wǎng)的咽喉，是整個交通系統(tǒng)中交通匯集的地方，同時也是交通擁堵和事故的多發(fā)地。所以優(yōu)化城市交叉口的安全水平是提升中國城市道路安全的重要方式。本文將以鎮(zhèn)江市擁堵比較嚴重的丁卯橋--智慧大道十字交叉口為例，在參考眾多文獻的基礎上，實地考察，收集數(shù)據(jù)，研究分析，提出問題，利用渠化方式的改進和信號配時的優(yōu)化的方法對交叉口進行優(yōu)化設計。最后通過前后飽和度和延誤率的比較，證明現(xiàn)有的方法能夠在一定程度上改善交叉口的擁堵問題，同時讓交叉口更為美觀。

The Research of Cross Signal Intersection Traffic Jam Improvement
Abstract Urban traffic is the lifeblood of the city 's economy and is an important measure of the city marked the progress of civilization , deeply affecting the standard of civil living. With the continuous development of China's economy since the reform and opening up , China 's increase rapidly in the number of motor vehicles , leading to the traffic jams ,the rising number of traffic accidents , and the contradiction between road traffic demand and road facilities time more and more acute . Intersection is the throat of urban road network , is the traffic center of the whole transport system ,and is the traffic congestion and accident-prone land. Therefore, optimization of urban intersections is an important way to enhance the security level of China's urban road safety . This article will take the Zhenjiang City DingMao Bridge - Wisdom Road Intersection for example, in reference to numerous documents , based on fieldwork , data collection and raising the question, then to optimize the design for the intersection by improving the traffic channelization and optimizing the signal timing dial. At last, by comparing before and after saturation and delay rate, prove the existing method can improve intersection congestion problems to some extent, at the same time let the intersection is more beautiful.
