摘 要
形狀記憶聚合物是近些年出現(xiàn)的新型材料。它在一般溫度條件下，可以任意改變形狀，但只要超過一定的溫度，它又立即恢復(fù)原狀，似對(duì)自己的原形有記憶。本文研究的卡片就是利用材料的這種形狀記憶效應(yīng)制作的一種獨(dú)特的卡片?？ㄆ漠a(chǎn)生來源于人類社交的需要，用于聯(lián)絡(luò)感情和互致問候，一張張小小的卡片、一聲聲真誠(chéng)的祝福既向親朋好友傳遞了問候和情意，也讓我們的生活充滿了溫馨和甜蜜。目前市場(chǎng)上的花語卡片形式單一、創(chuàng)意過時(shí)。比如紙質(zhì)賀卡每年需要大量的木材，造成了極大的資源浪費(fèi)，非常不環(huán)保；電子賀卡雖然不存在環(huán)保問題，但是又不如實(shí)物有收藏意義。而利用形狀記憶效應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)的形狀記憶花語卡片不僅可以豐富視覺效果，而且使用的材料不會(huì)污染環(huán)境。適當(dāng)縮減
本文首先介紹了形狀記憶聚合物的一些基本情況，分析了目前卡片的種類和樣式，研究了用來制作卡片的EVA材料的一些性能。其次提出形狀記憶花語卡片的設(shè)計(jì)思路，并在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，對(duì)材料的形狀記憶效應(yīng)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，然后根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果從而設(shè)定卡片上圖案的恢復(fù)溫度，以實(shí)現(xiàn)形狀記憶花語卡片的形狀記憶功能。最后根據(jù)卡片制作過程設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)相關(guān)壓具，并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)、功能進(jìn)行了分析與介紹。這一段要擴(kuò)展 至少 字?jǐn)?shù)是現(xiàn)在的量別

ABSTRACT
Shape memory polymer is a new type of materials in recent years. Under normal temperature conditions it can arbitrarily change the shape, but as long as more than a certain temperature, it also restitution immediately, seems to have memories of prototype. In this paper, we study a unique card is to use the material of the shape memory effect. Cards created from human social need, for bonding and greeted each other, a little piece of card, sincere blessings already passed greetings and affection to friends and family, also make our life is full of warmth and happiness. Currently on the market says cards form a single and idea obsolete. Such as paper greeting cards require a lot of wood per year, resulting in a great waste of resources, is not environmentally friendly; electronic greeting cards although there is no environmental issue, but not as good as have a collection of physical significance. Design on the shape memory effect of shape memory card says not only can enrich the visual effect, and use materials without environmental pollution.
This paper firstly introduces some basic situations of shape memory polymer, analysis of the current card types and styles, and study some properties of the EVA material used to make cards. Secondly put forward to the design thinking of the shape memory card, and in the process of design, experimental study on the shape memory effect of materials, and then according to the experimental results to set the recovery temperature of cards, in order to realize the function of shape memory. Finally, according to the card making process related to the design of a pressure tool , and analyzed with the introduction of its structure and function.
