摘要 在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的今天,制造行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)尤為突出,物流系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化與創(chuàng)新成為了各企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。在相同的條件下,工廠合理化的生產(chǎn)布局也逐漸成為企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。優(yōu)化的設(shè)施布置能夠使得工廠的使用面積更小,空間利用率提高,也可實(shí)現(xiàn)物流成的最小化,間接地降低了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本。因此,工廠設(shè)施的優(yōu)化已成為眾多制造型企業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。
本文通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的方法,把設(shè)施及設(shè)施規(guī)劃的基本概念作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以在xx公司為研究對(duì)象,分析了xx公司工廠目前面臨的問(wèn)題:生產(chǎn)物流雜亂、費(fèi)用支出巨大、工廠設(shè)施布局未考健康因素等問(wèn)題。為了解決以上設(shè)施問(wèn)題,我們運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)化設(shè)施布置的方法和車間設(shè)施布置相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)對(duì)xx公司現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深一步的研究,理論結(jié)合公司環(huán)境相關(guān)約束,對(duì)xx公司工廠的設(shè)施布置進(jìn)行了最佳方案的選擇和應(yīng)用;本著節(jié)省投資和后續(xù)運(yùn)作成本的目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了新廠房設(shè)施布置最優(yōu)方案的確定。
本文對(duì)xx公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)施整優(yōu)化的系統(tǒng)化布置設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,是將系統(tǒng)化布置設(shè)計(jì)理論知識(shí)的成功應(yīng)用和升華,由于xx公司所生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品為目前市場(chǎng)上熱銷的產(chǎn)品,同類制造企業(yè)眾多,真誠(chéng)希望本文的研究能夠給存在有類似問(wèn)題的同類生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以借鑒和參考。

Study on the production status and improve logistics ANPI Corporation
Abstract In today's global economy, especially the manufacturing industry competition, optimization and innovation of logistics system has become the focus of each business competition. . Under the same conditions, the rationalization of production and distribution plant has gradually become an important part of business competition. Optimized facility layout not only makes use of the plant smaller area, improve space utilization, but also to achieve the minimum cost of logistics and information flow costs, and indirectly reduce the production cost of the product. Therefore, optimizing plant facilities planning has become the focus of attention of many enterprises.
In this paper, according to the idea of combining theory with practice, starting from the basic concepts of facilities and facilities planning, to the amp company for the study, analyzed the problems currently facing the factory amp company: production logistics messy, huge expenses, factories and other facilities irrational problems. To solve the problem of existing facilities, we apply the theoretical knowledge of systematic methods and facility layout design workshop facilities to its status quo arrangement were deep step study, using a combination of theoretical knowledge within the company produced amps external environment constraints on amps Company factory facilities were arranged to select and apply the best solution; spirit of investment and subsequent operating cost savings targets, new plant facilities were arranged to determine the optimal solution.
