摘要 隨著社會的發(fā)展,我們已生活在一個高樓林立的社會中。電梯已成為人們出行和運輸?shù)闹匾ぞ?。由于,其主要運用于高層建筑之中,因此,其安全性和可靠性顯得格外重要。如今,電梯的應用越來與廣,電梯的種類也越來越多。但是,不管電梯怎么發(fā)展,安全可靠的性能都是其必需具備的基本要求。
目前的電梯控制系統(tǒng)主要有以下三種:繼電器控制系統(tǒng),微機控制系統(tǒng)和PLC控制系統(tǒng)。繼電器控制系統(tǒng)由于其可靠性差,故障率高和功率大,現(xiàn)在只出現(xiàn)在老舊的電梯中,目前新電梯已逐漸將其淘汰。微機控制系統(tǒng)存在著系統(tǒng)復雜,抗干擾能力差等問題。而PLC控制系統(tǒng)不僅運行可靠,維護方便,而且設計、調(diào)試周期短,穩(wěn)定性好。如今,電梯的發(fā)展趨勢是以PLC控制系統(tǒng)為核心。
本文主要介紹了單臺8層電梯的設計過程。其控制系統(tǒng)核心為信捷XC60-RT PLC并配合相應的輸入、輸出擴展模塊。其動力系統(tǒng)采用交流電機變頻調(diào)速,以信捷VB5變頻器實現(xiàn)。其軟件設計采用信捷公司的XCPPro軟件進行梯形圖設計。在設計過程中,我們將還會涉及到相關的一些電機和傳感器的知識。經(jīng)過理論分析和實踐表明,以PLC為核心控制系統(tǒng)可以很好克服繼電器控制系統(tǒng)故障率高、功耗大的缺點和微機控制系統(tǒng)設計復雜,抗干擾差的缺點,實現(xiàn)電梯的可靠運行。

The Control of Elevator Based on PLC
Abstract With the development of society, we are living in an environment of high-rises. Elevator has become an important tool for travel and transportation. Because of its mainly used in high-rise buildings, hence, its safety and reliability is particularly important. Today, the elevator and the application of increasingly broad types of elevators is also increasing. However, no matter how developed the elevator, safe and reliable performance are its necessary to have the basic requirements.
The current elevator control system has the following three ways: Relay control, Microcomputer control and PLC control. Relay control system due to its poor reliability, high failure rate and power, now only in old elevators, new elevator currently has gradually be phased out.. Microcomputer control system exists complex system, and poor anti-interference ability. The PLC control system is not only reliable, easy to maintain, and design, debug cycle is short, but also good stability. It is foreseeable that future trends will be based on PLC elevator control system as the core.
This paper describes the single eight-story elevator design process. Its control system core is Xinje XC60-RT PLC and with the corresponding input and output expansion modules. Its power system with AC motor inverter to inverter Xinje VB5 realized.Its software designed with the Xinje XCPPro ladder design software. In the design process, we will also design knowledge related to some motors and sensors. Through theoretical analysis and practice shows that, the core control system based on PLC can be well overcome relay control system failure rate, high power consumption disadvantages and microcomputer control system design complexity, the shortcomings of poor anti-interference, to achieve reliable operation of the elevator.
