摘要
垃圾焚燒技術(shù)最先發(fā)展于西方國家,德國、法國、美國、日本等國家在垃圾發(fā)電技術(shù)方面走在世界前列。我國的垃圾焚燒技術(shù)起步較晚,1988年深圳建造了中國第一個垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠,經(jīng)過二十幾年的發(fā)展,垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)在我國發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好,規(guī)模日益擴大。
本文簡要闡述了選題的背景及現(xiàn)實意義,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外垃圾焚燒技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn)我國與世界先進垃圾焚燒技術(shù)的發(fā)展差距。通過分析目前常用的垃圾處理方式(填埋、堆肥、焚燒),引出發(fā)展垃圾焚燒技術(shù)的必要性及迫切性,利用垃圾焚燒發(fā)電是目前對垃圾處理實現(xiàn)無害化、資源化和減量化最好的途徑。垃圾焚燒系統(tǒng)工藝流程較復(fù)雜,涉及面廣,存在較多安全、環(huán)境方面的問題。關(guān)于安全問題,本文通過對垃圾焚燒技術(shù)工藝流程的分析,總結(jié)出系統(tǒng)存在的主要危險有害因素,并提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施;關(guān)于環(huán)境問題,本文主要對垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠的環(huán)境問題產(chǎn)物二惡英、飛灰、瀝濾液的產(chǎn)生機理、危害等方面進行分析,并提出對污染物的防治措施。垃圾焚燒發(fā)電存在較大的安全環(huán)境問題,必須通過嚴(yán)格的運行控制,遵守相關(guān)的法規(guī)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運作,將安全環(huán)境問題控制在可接受范圍之內(nèi)。

ABSTRACT
Waste incineration technology was first developed in Western countries, Germany, France, the United States, Japan and other countries in the waste to energy technology to lead the world. Our country’s waste incineration technology started late, the first waste incineration plant built in 1988 in Shenzhen, after 20 years of development, waste incineration power generation technology in China is a good development trend, the increasing scale.
This article briefly describes the background and significance of the topic, summarize the development status of domestic waste incineration technology, discovered development gap by comparing our country with the world's advanced waste incineration technology. Elicit the necessity and urgency of the development of waste incineration technology by analyzing the most commonly used methods of waste disposal (landfill, composting, and incineration), it’s the best way to achieve harmless for waste disposal, recycling and reduction by using waste incineration power generation. The process of waste incineration system is very complex, and involving a wide range, there is more security, environmental issues. On security issues, this article summed up the main risk factors by analyzing the process of waste incineration plants, and appropriate preventive measures proposed; on environmental issues, the article focus on the generation mechanism, hazard and other aspects of dioxin environmental issues, fly ash, leachate from waste incineration plants, and proposed measures for pollution prevention. There is a big security and environment issues which must be controlled within an acceptable range by strict operational, complying with relevant laws and regulations, industry standard operation.

ABSTRACT
Waste incineration technology was first developed in Western countries, Germany, France, the United States, Japan and other countries in the waste to energy technology to lead the world.
