環(huán)網(wǎng)柜是一組高壓開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備裝在鋼板金屬柜體內(nèi)或做成拼裝間隔式環(huán)網(wǎng)供電單元的電氣設(shè)備,其核心部分采用負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)和熔斷器,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、價(jià)格低、可提高供電參數(shù)和性能以及供電安全等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此,它被廣泛使用于城市住宅小區(qū)、高層建筑、大型公共建筑、工廠企業(yè)等負(fù)荷中心的配電站以及箱式變電站中。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)城市電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與改造的加快,高壓進(jìn)入市區(qū),直接深入負(fù)荷中心,環(huán)網(wǎng)供電成為解決城市負(fù)荷密度增加而呈現(xiàn)的必然結(jié)果。本次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是根據(jù)已有的10KV充氣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜的樣機(jī)及其說(shuō)明書(shū),對(duì)其進(jìn)行測(cè)繪重構(gòu)與動(dòng)作分析。
環(huán)網(wǎng)柜屬二次配電設(shè)備。二次配電設(shè)備是指將高壓變壓器受電的一次配電設(shè)備的電能進(jìn)行再分配的中壓開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備。二次配電設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)元件為負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)和限流熔斷器,不但經(jīng)濟(jì),而且保護(hù)特性好(如限流熔斷器保護(hù)變壓器)。我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)二次配電設(shè)備是用斷路器,不但價(jià)格貴,保護(hù)性也不好。此次設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的是以已有的參考資料為依據(jù),對(duì)環(huán)網(wǎng)柜樣機(jī)的組成零件進(jìn)行測(cè)繪重構(gòu),三維建模并進(jìn)行精度設(shè)計(jì)從而改進(jìn)其工藝,進(jìn)一步完善其性能。
本次設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括樣機(jī)零件的測(cè)繪重構(gòu),精度設(shè)計(jì)以及工藝改進(jìn)。對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行有序的拆卸并記錄,對(duì)每個(gè)零件進(jìn)行測(cè)繪以及三維建模。由于樣機(jī)大多數(shù)零件為鈑金件,其加工多采用激光切割,所以我們針對(duì)若干典型零件進(jìn)行精度設(shè)計(jì)。改進(jìn)零件的加工工藝使其在功能不變的情況下結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡(jiǎn)單,操作更加方便,保護(hù)性更加穩(wěn)定,成本更加低廉。

PROE software based 10kV gas-insulated RMU mapping reconstruction
Abstract:
RMU is a group of high-voltage switchgear cabinet mounted on a metal plate made of assembled or interval-type ring network power supply unit of electrical equipment, the core of the use of load switch and fuse, has a simple structure, small size, low price, can be improve power supply and power supply safety parameters and performance advantages. Therefore, it is widely used in power distribution stations, and box-type substation urban residential areas, high-rise buildings, large public buildings, factories and enterprises, such as load centers. With the acceleration of domestic urban power grid construction and transformation of high pressure into the city, directly load center, ring network load power becomes resolved to increase urban density and showed the inevitable result. The design is based on the contents of the existing 10KV RMU inflatable prototype and specification, its mapping reconstruction and motion analysis.
RMU is a secondary distribution equipment. Secondary power distribution equipment refers to the power of a high-voltage transformer and distribution equipment redistribution of medium voltage switchgear. Basic components of the secondary power distribution equipment load switch and current-limiting fuses, not only economic, but also protect the characteristics of a good (such as limiting fuses protect the transformer). China's traditional breaker secondary distribution equipment is not only expensive, protection is not good. The main purpose of this design is based on the existing reference as a basis for RMU prototype parts for mapping the composition of the reconstruction, 3D modeling and design to improve the accuracy of its technology, to further improve its performance.
This design mainly includes mapping reconstructed prototype parts, precision design and process improvements. Ordered the demolition of the prototype and records, conduct mapping and three-dimensional modeling of each part. Since most parts of prototype sheet metal parts, the processing of multi-use laser cutting, so we designed for a number of typical precision parts. Improved processing technology to make parts in the function unchanged structure more simple, more convenient, more stable protection, cost more affordable.
