摘要 隨著城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展,樓房越來越多,樓層也越來越高,但相應(yīng)的殘障通道卻并非完善,尤其是在一些既有老建筑中尤為突出。對(duì)于老年人及殘障人士等弱勢群體來說,室內(nèi)外各種樓梯、臺(tái)階已經(jīng)成為他們活動(dòng)的障礙,以至于失去了很多參與社會(huì)生活的機(jī)會(huì)。此外,對(duì)于國內(nèi)多數(shù)樓房并沒有布置電梯,產(chǎn)生了重型貨物如何上樓的問題。針對(duì)這些問題,國內(nèi)外進(jìn)行了許多研究,也出現(xiàn)了許多爬樓裝置,但是或多或少存在著不夠平穩(wěn)的缺陷。
本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外各種爬樓梯裝置的研究,在總結(jié)各種爬升機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種既可在平地使用,又能上下臺(tái)階的多功能爬樓梯裝置,并完成了其機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。該裝置由PLC控制,使用電動(dòng)推桿作為爬升裝置,在平地上行走時(shí),由輪毅電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)運(yùn)行,通過裝置上的控制器控制兩個(gè)輪毅電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)差速運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)小轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑轉(zhuǎn)彎。

Design of stairs climbing device

Abstract With the development of city construction, building more and more, the floor is also more and more high, but the disabled channel corresponding is not perfect,especially in some old buildings especially. For the elderly and the disabled and other vulnerable groups, various indoor and outdoor stairs, steps have been theiractivities obstacles, so lost many opportunities to participate in social life. In addition, no arrangement for the majority of domestic building elevator, the heavy cargo to upstairs problem. Aiming at these problems, at home and abroad have made many studies, there have been many stairs climbing device, but more or less there are not stable enough defects.
In this paper, through the research to the domestic and foreign various stair climbing device, in summing up the various climbing mechanism based on the advantages and disadvantages, which not only can be used in the design of theground, and multifunctional stair stair climbing device, and completed the design of the mechanical structure and control system. The device consists of a PLC control, the use of electric putter as climbing device, when walking on the ground,the wheel hub motor drive, two wheel hub motor to achieve differential movement so as to achieve a small turning radius turn through the controller device control.
