摘 要
隨著世界科技的進(jìn)步，先進(jìn)的技術(shù)會(huì)帶來強(qiáng)大的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，沒有技術(shù)的革新，落后的企業(yè)將難以生存。所以當(dāng)今企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑是企業(yè)實(shí)施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基本途徑，一般有自主創(chuàng)新，引進(jìn)消化吸收再創(chuàng)新，合作創(chuàng)新三種類型。許多學(xué)者都對(duì)此有所研究，而中國(guó)的各個(gè)企業(yè)都或多或少有著技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力弱的問題，企業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了嚴(yán)重的阻礙。
本文利用多位學(xué)者的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論知識(shí)，以合肥巨昆機(jī)電科技有限公司為例，利用所收集的資料，結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況與企業(yè)所處的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境，找出該公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在的人才，資金，管理制度，創(chuàng)新環(huán)境等問題。從而根據(jù)企業(yè)的所存在的這些問題，提出良好的解決方法，從而探究該公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑的最佳選擇，提升其在行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及地位。
