[摘要]產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?，但也是妨礙其產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和升級(jí)的主要阻力。隨著區(qū)域集群經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度變得越發(fā)重要。特別是我國(guó)中西部經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和東部產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)，導(dǎo)致的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式轉(zhuǎn)移，我們有必要去研究并探討其意義，對(duì)我國(guó)以后的經(jīng)濟(jì)良性發(fā)展起到積極作用。
因此本文在已有研究基礎(chǔ)上，采用“理論分析-實(shí)證分析-結(jié)論與政策建議”的邏輯步驟深入分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度對(duì)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響。本文首先介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移理論的概念和發(fā)展歷程；接著介紹中西部承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀和問題并提出集群產(chǎn)業(yè)成熟度承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)理；然后實(shí)證分析我國(guó)中西部承接產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移，通過利用stata，具體分析因素對(duì)其的影響程度，最后分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度對(duì)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響并提出以下相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。

Research on the Influence of Industrial Cluster maturity to Undertake industrial transfer—— upon the midwest undertake transfer of industry maturity
[ABSTRACTS]Industrial cluster is an important driving force for regional economic development, the main resistance but also hinder its industrial transfer and upgrade. With the rapid development of regional economy, industry cluster maturity becomes more and more important. Especially the upgrading of China's central and western the rapid development of the economy and the eastern industrial structure, industrial cluster to transfer, it is necessary for us to study and explore its significance, the positive impact on China's future economic development.
Therefore, this text on the basis of existing research, using the "theoretical analysis - Empirical Analysis - logical steps the conclusions and policy recommendations" of the in-depth analysis of the industry cluster maturity of undertake industrial effect. This paper firstly introduces the concept and the development of industry cluster maturity and industry transfer theory; then introduces the current situation and problems of the Midwest undertake industrial transfer and put forward industry cluster maturity to undertake industrial transfer mechanism; then, empirical analysis of China's Midwest undertaking industrial transfer, by Using Stata, detailed analysis of its impact factors, the final analysis of industry cluster maturity on the effect of undertaking industrial transfer and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
