Abstract
The eva luation about quality of the surface by the processing machinery manufacturing and mechanical and physical properties of machinery manufacturing and processing parts of the surface is mainly to complete of parts .Surface integrity is the basis of its eva luation.Surface integrity can effectively reflect the changes of the surface layer in the manufacturing process of parts ?¢accurately measure surface quality of workpiece and generally eva luate service life and performance of parts . And it is one of the important research object in the international mechanical manufacturing industry .
Precision and ultra precision machining technology has been widely used in international . This technology is higher than other ordinary processing technology on surface integrity requirements .so the surface integrity has an import significance to the technology .In the precision machining establish of surface integrity eva luation mechanism of the thing to do is that description of Apart the scientific method?¢ the establishment of eva luation system .
This paper mainly studies the surface integrity of the eva luation mechanism in precision machining .According to the related literature , it sum up the effects of tool geometry in precision turning on the surface integrity and the influence of process parameters on surface integrity?¢summarize the influence of residual stress and residual stress of monitoring method .Lay the theoretical foundation for the establish of surface integrity model eva luation mechanism in precision machining .
