超高壓水射流道路清洗車總體設(shè)計
摘要:由于我國蓬勃快速的發(fā)展,交通道路體系日益完善,起到引導(dǎo)安全、暢順道路作用的道路標(biāo)志線則越來越多。而隨著時間的不斷推移以及道路線路的拓展與整改,道路表面就會出現(xiàn)一些機械磨損、污垢或者需要重新修改噴涂的道路標(biāo)志線。為此目的,我們需要對道路表面進行污垢或多余物質(zhì)的清除。
清理道路表面的方法有很多種,以機場飛機跑道的清理為例,其方法有高壓水沖法、化學(xué)清除法、高速沖擊法、機械打磨法等等,在這里我將以高壓水沖法為例,詳細(xì)介紹說明超高壓水射流清洗系統(tǒng)的工作能力以及其配合關(guān)系。為此,木文進行了詳盡的研究,了解了超高壓水射流清洗的機理,對水射流的相關(guān)參數(shù)進行了統(tǒng)籌研究,并且通過三維機械制圖軟件solidworks設(shè)計構(gòu)建了超高壓水射流道路清洗系統(tǒng)的三維模型。其中包括超高壓泵機組系統(tǒng)、低壓給水系統(tǒng)、執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)、真空回收系統(tǒng)、儲水設(shè)備以及液壓控制系統(tǒng)等。超高壓水射流道路清洗的工作原理,為將水箱中的水通過超高壓泵加壓,并噴射到被清洗道路表面,破壞清除物的漆層以及其對道路表面的附著力,從而實現(xiàn)清洗道路表面的工作。而由于該清洗方法環(huán)保、高效、可持續(xù)等等優(yōu)越的特性,將逐步替換以往常規(guī)的道路清洗方法,具有良好的發(fā)展前景。

Overall design of ultra-high pressure water jet road cleaning vehicle
Abstract: Due to the rapid development about booming of China, traffic system has improved steadily, road lane markings which make the road smooth as a guiding safe are acting more and more places. With the passage of time, the continuous expansion and the rectification and route of the road, there will be some mechanical wear, dirt, or road signs spray line which needed to be modified on its surface. For this purpose, we need to have the dirt or excess materials removed from the road surface.
There are many ways to clean the road surfaces, for example, if we need to clean up the airport runway, we could use the method of high-pressure water jetting, chemical stripping, high-speed impact or mechanical polishing method, etc, here I shall use a case named high-pressure water jetting, detailed description about the ability and its complex relationships about the work pressure water jet cleaning system. For this reason, this thesis has a detailed study to understand the mechanism of high pressure water jet cleaning, and the relevant parameters about water jet had been a overall studied by mechanical drawing, and then, we built up 3D models about the high pressure water jet road cleaning system by a three-dimensional design software named SolidWorks. That is including about the high pressure pump unit system, the low pressure water supply system, the execution system, the vacuum recovery systems, the storage devices and the hydraulic control systems, etc. The operational principle of the high pressure water jet road cleaning is that making the water in the tank a high pressure by the high pressure pump and sprayed onto the road surface which to be cleaned, broken the objects paint damage and their adhesion connect to the road surface, in order to clean the roads. Because of this cleaning method is environmentally friendly, efficient, sustainable, and so superior characteristics, it will gradually replace the conventional way cleaning methods, with a good prospects in development.
