摘 要

我國(guó)物流正在處于高速增長(zhǎng)和激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的階段，現(xiàn)代物流已經(jīng)被確定為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，物流市場(chǎng)潛力很大。但是物流企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜，由于各種內(nèi)外因素，物流企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已經(jīng)威脅到物流企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。物流企業(yè)要想持續(xù)發(fā)展，就必須重視財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作。本文對(duì)物流上市公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。本文首先介紹了現(xiàn)代物流的涵義和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)涵，然后分析物流上市公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的三種表現(xiàn)，從外部和內(nèi)部研究物流上市公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成因，隨之從外部和內(nèi)部?jī)蓚€(gè)角度提出物流上市公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范措施，并以中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋物流有限公司為例，進(jìn)行案例分析。

ABSTRACT

Logistics in our country is in a high growth stage and fierce competition, modern logistics has been identified as the important industry of the national economy and the new growth point of economic development, logistics market potential is very large. But the logistics enterprise survival environment has become increasingly complex, because of various internal and external factors, the financial risk of the logistics enterprises have threat to the survival and development of logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprises to sustainable development, we must attach importance to financial risk management . This paper is based on logistics of listed companies. First , it introduces the meaning of modern logistics and the connotation of financial risk. Then, it analyzes three financial risks of logistics listed company. From the external and internal, this paper researches financial risk factors of logistics listed companies. Then, it puts forward measures to prevent financial risks for logistics listed company from viewpoints of both external and internal . In the last, this paper uses China cosco logistics co., LTD. as case analysis.
