Developed countries led by the United States not only actively promoting the domestic e-business development but also promoting international e-business development emerging global e-business market. For most developing countries the how to face the opportunity and accept challenge while protecting their own market make a success of global e-business together with the developed countries narrow the gap in efforts in the information and economy aspects.
