摘 要
本論文主要介紹XX公司的倉庫管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及其過程。本倉庫管理信息系統(tǒng)是在Windows95/98及以上版本的操作系統(tǒng)平臺下，以計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)，采用MicrosofXX公司的Visual FoxPro 6.0為工具開發(fā)出來的系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)XX公司的倉庫計(jì)算機(jī)信息化管理。本系統(tǒng)主要由日常操作、記錄管理、信息管理、資料管理、資料打印、系統(tǒng)操作、幫助和退出等模塊構(gòu)成。系統(tǒng)可以對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行初始化、備份、恢復(fù)，數(shù)據(jù)操作部分主要由數(shù)據(jù)添加、查詢、瀏覽、刪除、修改等功能。打印管理模塊可以對相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)覽和打印操作。為了增加系統(tǒng)的安全性，還可以對系統(tǒng)的操作人員進(jìn)行分類管理，把操作人員分為系統(tǒng)管理員和倉庫管理員等，可對其分別進(jìn)行帳號添加、帳號刪除和帳號修改等操作。此外幫助模塊還可為用戶使用和了解系統(tǒng)提供方便。總之，開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的目的就是：使公司倉庫的管理工作趨于合理化、簡單化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化。

Warehouse this the management information system under Windows95/98 and above operating system platform of edition, regard Visual FoxPro 6.0 of Microsof Company as tool develop system that come out , in order to realize warehouse computer informationization of Company manage. System this operate at ordinary times mainly , record management , information management,, materials management , materials type, system operation, help and module of withdrawing etc. form. The system can initialize the database , backing up, resuming, the data operate some functions of adding , inquiring about , having a look around , deleting , revising by the data mainly etc.. Can carry on preview and type operating to the relevant data to
manage the module to type. In order to increase the systematic security , can also classify managing to the attenbant of the system , divide attenbant into system manager and warehouse keeper ,etc., can carry on account number add respectively to it, account number deletion and account number revise etc. and operate. Help module can use and understand the system not to
provide convenience for user also. In a word, the purpose to develop this system is: Make the management of the enterprise warehouse tend towards rationalization , simplify , standardize , scientific process.
