摘要：本文通過對新經(jīng)濟條件下的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新工作的討論，闡述了在企業(yè)管理中創(chuàng)新的職能，地位，具體內(nèi)容以及實施過程，并深刻論證了在具體實踐中企業(yè)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)該關(guān)注的方方面面，如技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的含義和貢獻、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的來源，包括實際市場運作中的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略及其實施，為企業(yè)在理論上和實踐上的研究和運作提供了良好的理論依據(jù)和佐證。
