摘 要
掛籃作為懸臂灌筑施工的主要設(shè)備已有許多類型,有些國(guó)家如日本、法國(guó)等已有定型的系列化產(chǎn)品。我國(guó)從上世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始使用這種技術(shù)以來(lái),也已取得了巨大的成就。隨著我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)飛速發(fā)展。高速公路、橋梁、隧道等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)模在不斷向大型化、大跨度方向發(fā)展。目前大型、大跨度橋梁的施工廣泛采用環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的懸臂澆筑法。掛籃設(shè)備是進(jìn)行懸臂澆筑施工時(shí)必不可少的施工機(jī)具,其中菱形掛籃設(shè)備在大型橋梁施工中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。我國(guó)的掛籃設(shè)計(jì)制作已全部適應(yīng)懸臂施工的高強(qiáng)、輕型、大跨發(fā)展的需要,從PC連續(xù)梁或鋼構(gòu)的懸臂施工掛籃最初是平行桁架式,后來(lái)逐漸發(fā)展為多樣化,結(jié)構(gòu)越來(lái)越輕型,受力越來(lái)越合理,施工越來(lái)越方便,應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越廣泛。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用菱形掛籃,重點(diǎn)了解掛籃的構(gòu)造、設(shè)計(jì)方法及主要的分析計(jì)算步驟。其次,本設(shè)計(jì)主要是應(yīng)用MIDAS/Civil及OutCAD對(duì)掛籃進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),需學(xué)習(xí)掌握MIDAS/Civil及OutCAD。
掛籃是懸臂施工的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,掛籃的主要功能是支撐模板,承受新澆混凝土重量。掛籃通常都由以下幾個(gè)部分組成:承重系統(tǒng)、懸吊系統(tǒng)、模板系統(tǒng)、錨固裝置、走行系統(tǒng)和工作平臺(tái)。
掛籃的內(nèi)模、外模、底模及主桁架計(jì)算是掛籃設(shè)計(jì)的主要組成部分,本文進(jìn)行講解。從掛籃的受力計(jì)算開(kāi)始分析,通過(guò)強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算、撓度檢算設(shè)計(jì)出最合適的掛籃截面尺寸,來(lái)滿足掛籃設(shè)計(jì)所要達(dá)到的要求。本設(shè)計(jì)中還有很多不足之處,望能提出寶貴意見(jiàn),特此感謝。
