摘 要
石材礦山是整個(gè)石材工業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),而選用哪一種最經(jīng)濟(jì)的方法能開采出無裂隙,無內(nèi)傷并且具有理想規(guī)格的石材荒料,迄今仍是人們比較感興趣的話題,隨著生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的需要,必然對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步產(chǎn)生極大推動(dòng)作用,因此,國內(nèi)外各種各樣的采礦方法應(yīng)運(yùn)而生.其中刻槽爆破開采法廣泛應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際中.所謂刻槽爆破就是用機(jī)械和水流等方法在孔壁預(yù)計(jì)開裂方向上刻軸向槽 ,使爆炸能對(duì)所刻介質(zhì)的開裂位置、開裂方向進(jìn)行控制的一種斷裂控制爆破方法.
現(xiàn)有的刻槽方式如刻槽鉆頭等,存在許多缺點(diǎn),如效率低下,槽線質(zhì)量差,操作不方便等.本文正是在這種背景下,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)出旋轉(zhuǎn)式刻槽刀具.該系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力部分是一個(gè)電錘,主體部分是一個(gè)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),將電錘水平面內(nèi)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為刻槽刀片的垂直旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到高速切削出槽線的目的.該系統(tǒng)能提高刻槽效率,提高槽線質(zhì)量,并降低石材加工的成本。

ABSTRACT
Stone Mines is the whole foundation of stone industrial’s development, and the choice of which one of the most economic way to the exploitation of non-fracture, non-internal injuries and has ideal specifications of the stone material, so far people are still interested in the topic.With the development of the production, it plays a great role in promoting the scientific and technological progress, therefore, a wide variety of domestic and international mining methods have emerged. One groove blasting mining method is widely used in practice. The fracture control blasting is to use methods such as mechanical and water to crack in the direction of the axial, so that the explosion can control the cracking of location, direction in the cracking method.
Existing methods such as the notch groove bit, there are many shortcomings, such as low efficiency, the notch groove of poor quality, and inconvenient operation. This article is in this context, with the practical situation, innovatively design rotary groove cutter. The driving force of the systerm is a electic hammer, the main part is a transmission system, which transmit rotating in the plane to rotating in the vertical plane, so that the notch groove can be cut in high-speed. The system can improve the groove efficiency, notch groove’s quality, and reduce the cost of stone processing.
