摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)的組合機(jī)床是以通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以按工件特定形狀和加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)的專用部件和夾具,加工傳動(dòng)箱體的數(shù)控組合機(jī)床組成的半自動(dòng)或自動(dòng)專用機(jī)床。組合機(jī)床一般采用多軸、多刀、多任務(wù)序、多面或多任務(wù)位同時(shí)加工的方式,生產(chǎn)效率比通用機(jī)床高幾倍至幾十倍。由于通用部件已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化,可根據(jù)需要靈活配置,能縮短設(shè)計(jì)和制造周期。因此,組合機(jī)床兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在大批、大量生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,并可用以組成自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。組合機(jī)床一般用于加工箱體類(lèi)或特殊形狀的零件。加工時(shí),工件一般不旋轉(zhuǎn),由刀具的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)和刀具與工件的相對(duì)進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng),來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆孔、擴(kuò)孔、锪孔、鉸孔、鏜孔、銑削平面、切削內(nèi)外螺紋以及加工外圓和端面等。有的組合機(jī)床采用車(chē)削頭夾持工件使之旋轉(zhuǎn),由刀具作進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng),也可實(shí)現(xiàn)某些回轉(zhuǎn)體類(lèi)零件(如飛輪、汽車(chē)后橋半軸等)的外圓和端面加工。本次設(shè)計(jì)的組合機(jī)床主要實(shí)現(xiàn)雙面鏜孔車(chē)端面功能。

ABSTRACT
The combination tool machine of this time design takes in general use parts as foundation, go together with parts and tongs designed by the work piece particular shape and process appropriation and combine tool to spread to move a box of body of half that machine's constitute auto or auto appropriation tool machine.Combination tool machine generaly adopt many stalk, many knife, many working procedure, many suefaces or many work in the meantime process of way, produce efficiency ratio is many times larger than general use tool machine. Because the general use parts have already standardize to turn with series,so people can allocate according to demand vivid, also can shorten design and manufacturing period.Therefore, combination tool machine and is low cost with high-efficiency advantage, get in the large quantity, mass production extensive application, and can in order to constitute auto production line.The combination tool machine is general to used for the spare parts which process a box of body or special shape.While process, work piece's being general don't revolve, from knife of revolve sport and knife and work piece of opposite enter to give sport, realization drill a hole, expand bore, Mao bore, Jiao bore, Tang bore, Xian to suppress noodles and slice to pare inside outside thread and process outside circle with carry surface etc..Some combination tool machine adoption the car pare a head clip to hold a work piece to make it revolve, from knife make into give sport, can also realization some turn round body spare parts(such as empress the flywheel, car bridge half stalk etc.) of outside circle with carry noodles to process.This design of combination the tool machine be main realization two-sided Tang bore car to carry noodles function.
