鎂鍶合金成型性能研究
摘 要
本文主要通過搜集鎂合金及其他合金的相關(guān)性質(zhì)來研究鎂鍶合金成型性能。主要論述了鎂鍶合金的液態(tài)成型性能,塑性成型性能及焊接性。液態(tài)成型性能方面主要論述了液態(tài)充型能力、流動性、影響液態(tài)成型的主要因素以及液態(tài)成型的特點和改變液態(tài)成型性能的主要途徑。塑性成型主要論述了表征的一般方法如伸長率、收縮率和壓縮程度以及影響液態(tài)成型的方法以及改善液態(tài)成型的途徑。成型特點是與成型方法結(jié)合在一起說明的。焊接性主要論述了鎂鍶合金的可焊接性,以及影響其可焊性的因素,如線能量,熔合比等,其焊接成型的特點也是結(jié)合各種焊接方法提出的。論述了鎂鍶合金的特種成型性能,主要結(jié)合特種成型方法進(jìn)行闡述。最后是對鎂鍶合金成型性能研究的展望以及鎂鍶合金應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的論述。
研究結(jié)果表明:鎂鍶合金液態(tài)成型性能主要包括充型能力和流動性,其特點為易于氧化,對鑄造工藝的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。改善鎂鍶合金液態(tài)成型性的主要途徑有減少合金中雜質(zhì)含量,改善澆注條件以及外加攪拌和磁場振蕩等。鎂鍶合金塑性液態(tài)成型性能主要包括伸長率,斷面收縮率,壓縮率等。成型特點主要為中低溫成型,成型工藝要求嚴(yán)格。改善途徑有提高組織和成分的均勻性,提高變形的均勻性以及變形溫度的控制。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, mainly through collection of magnesium alloy and other related alloys to study the nature of strontium magnesium alloy forming properties. Strontium mainly on the magnesium alloy performance liquid molding, plastic molding and welding of the performance. Liquid molding on the main performance liquid filling capability, mobility, impact on liquid molding liquid and a major factor shaping the characteristics and changes in liquid molding of the main channels. Plastic molding focuses on the general approach was characterized as elongation, the shrinkage rate and the extent and impact of liquid compression molding methods and ways to improve the liquid molding. Molding and forming characteristics is that the combination of methods. Welding of the major expositions of the strontium-magnesium alloy can be welded, as well as its impact on weldability of factors, such as the line energy, the fusion ratio, the welding is also forming the characteristics of various methods of welding. Strontium on the magnesium alloy forming the special performance, the main method of forming special elaborate. Finally, there is molding of magnesium alloy strontium on the prospects of strontium and magnesium alloy on the field of application.
The results show that: magnesium alloy liquid molding of strontium include filling capacity and mobility, characterized as easy to oxidation, the casting process of adaptability. Strontium improved magnesium alloy liquid molding of the main ways that reduce impurities in the alloy content, as well as external conditions improve pouring and mixing, such as magnetic field oscillations. Strontium liquid magnesium alloy plastic molding properties include elongation, area reduction rate, compression ratio. Forming the main characteristics of low temperature for molding, molding process demanding. Ways to improve and enhance the organization and composition uniformity and improve the uniformity of deformation and distortion temperature control. Strontium magnesium alloy welding forming properties including strontium magnesium alloy weldability.
