摘    要


 沖壓是一種先進(jìn)的金屬加工方法，它是建立在金屬塑性變形的基礎(chǔ)上，利用模具和沖壓設(shè)備對板料施加壓力，使板料產(chǎn)生塑性變形或者分離，從而獲得一定形狀、尺寸和性能的零件。沖壓生產(chǎn)依靠模具和沖壓設(shè)備完成加工過程，因此具有生產(chǎn)效率高、操作簡單、便于實現(xiàn)機(jī)械化和自動化的特點(diǎn)，能加工出用其他方法難于加工的形狀復(fù)雜的零件，而且尺寸精度穩(wěn)定，材料利用率高，零件重量輕，在大批量生產(chǎn)中，是一種先進(jìn)的優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、低消耗和低成本的加工方法。

本文根據(jù)所技工的段接管零件圖，分析沖壓成型的工藝性，比較各種工藝的優(yōu)劣，最終確定其工藝方案，通過具體計算和設(shè)計方案中各個工序的工藝參數(shù)，設(shè)計并繪出所需要的模具圖。文中簡要概述了沖壓模具目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和趨勢。對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的工藝分析和工藝方案的確定。按照沖壓模具的一般步驟，計算并設(shè)計了本套模具上的主要零件，如：凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、凹模固定板、墊板，卸料板等。模架采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)磨架，選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。設(shè)計中對工作零件和壓力機(jī)規(guī)格都進(jìn)行了必要的校核計算。如此設(shè)計出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)行可靠和沖壓產(chǎn)品大批量生產(chǎn)。

ABSTRACT


Stamping is an advanced metal processing method,which is based on tne plastic deformation of metals and uses of molds and stamping equipment to exert pressure on tne sheet,bringing the sheet metal plastic deformation of separation,thus obtaining certain shape,size and performance parts.Stamping production rely on stamping die and stamping equipment and the completion of processing,therefor

Productivity,and easy to operate,ease of mechanization and automation features can be machined to other complex shape parts which are difficult to use other methods of processing,and dimensional accuracy and stability,meterial utilization,and high light weight parts,in a large number of production,stamping is an advanced high-quality,efficient,low consumption and low-cost processing methods.

  This paper introduced a provided nipple parts map,analysis the metal forming technology,compare all merits,finalizing its technology program,through special calculation and design of process parameters of the program,design and draw up drawing for the mold.This paper briefly outlined the stamping die current development status andtrends.The product of a detailed analysis and the identification process.Stamping diedesign in accordance with the general steps to calculate and design the sets on the main mold part,such as:puch and die,puch plate,plate and so on.I feet behind the sales,marketing and other derivative is.Die-standard model planes,to choose a suitable stamping equipment.Design work on the parts and specifications will press for the necessary checking calculation.So the structure is designed to ensure reliable operation of the die and stamping products of mass production.
