摘 要
目前在生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中使用的飛剪機(jī)種類繁多,但由于它們各自具有自身的特點(diǎn),從而也適用于各種不同的工況場(chǎng)合。在連續(xù)式軋制生產(chǎn)作業(yè)線上,用來(lái)剪切軋件頭尾或切分卷時(shí),就大量使用了轉(zhuǎn)鼓式飛剪。本課題中所研究的轉(zhuǎn)鼓式飛剪正是用在川威熱連軋機(jī)上進(jìn)行軋件頭尾剪切和分卷剪切的重要輔助設(shè)備,它的任務(wù)是將運(yùn)行著的軋機(jī)按工藝要求的尺寸橫向剪斷。用飛剪進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)著的軋件的剪切始于十九世紀(jì)末期,人們?cè)趯?shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上不斷進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善,使飛剪的性能得到了很大的提高。
本文通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)鼓式飛剪機(jī)的力能參數(shù),主要零部件的校核以及在使用過(guò)程的注意事項(xiàng)三方面的簡(jiǎn)要闡述,為以后在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中改進(jìn)飛剪機(jī)的性能提供了相對(duì)比較完整的理論依據(jù)和方法。飛剪機(jī)隨著電氣與其它技術(shù)的發(fā)展,盡管其結(jié)構(gòu)已從原來(lái)十分復(fù)雜的機(jī)械而變得相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,但力能參數(shù)的計(jì)算是不會(huì)改變的,本文在大量實(shí)測(cè)、分析計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)飛剪機(jī)的研究計(jì)算提出一些簡(jiǎn)潔實(shí)用的計(jì)算方法。這無(wú)論是對(duì)于新飛剪機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),還是對(duì)現(xiàn)有飛剪機(jī)的分析計(jì)算,都具有實(shí)際意義。

ABSTRACT
