摘 要
機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真是計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)與機(jī)械學(xué)相結(jié)合的一個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域,是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)與虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)研究的一個(gè)重要方面。
本文對(duì)C臂X射線探傷機(jī)的各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入的了解,并運(yùn)用UG軟件,對(duì)探傷儀各個(gè)基本機(jī)構(gòu)的進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:
1.確定該探傷儀機(jī)構(gòu)選型;
2.在給定機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸和運(yùn)動(dòng)類型的條件下,利用UG軟件,完成各機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的建模;
3.在給定機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸和運(yùn)動(dòng)類型的條件下,利用UG軟件,完成該探傷儀各機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真;
4.完成各機(jī)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)分析,驗(yàn)證在實(shí)際工作中機(jī)構(gòu)的可行性.

ABSTRACT
Mechanical system simulation is a research field combining of computer graphics and mechanics,it's an important aspect of Mechanical design technology and virtual prototyping technology.
Mechanism simulation analysis and UG software are used to conduct each mechanism of the C-arm X-ray detectors in this document. Centering on this theme and made several ideas and methods to achieve motion simulation of each basic Mechanism of the detector.
The main tasks and characteristics of the Thesis are found mainly in the following respects:
Through the geometric modeling, to establish the number of model agencies, institutions motion simulation model to Provide necessary model basis to motion simulation of mechanisms by setting up digital models through Geometric Modeling.
Focus on the structural characteristics of the detector, this paper executed motion simulation based on UG; the motion simulation studied the Detector interference issues in order to provide technical support for the improvement of the detector
