RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究及其在汽車(chē)制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)線的應(yīng)用分析（本科畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)）

摘    要

RFID射頻識(shí)別是一種非接觸式的自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù)，它通過(guò)射頻信號(hào)自動(dòng)識(shí)別目標(biāo)對(duì)象并獲取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，識(shí)別工作無(wú)須人工干預(yù)，可工作于各種惡劣環(huán)境。RFID技術(shù)可識(shí)別高速運(yùn)動(dòng)物體并可同時(shí)識(shí)別多個(gè)標(biāo)簽，操作快捷方便。目前，應(yīng)用于制造、煙草、畜牧、防偽等行業(yè)。本文主要研究RFID在汽車(chē)制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范的分析研究。
    論文首先分析目前RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的現(xiàn)狀，介紹RFID工作原理，電子標(biāo)簽，讀寫(xiě)器類(lèi)別。并在了解條形碼原理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上，比較分析條形碼的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和條形碼在汽車(chē)制造應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀。然后參照目前ISO﹑EPC等國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)構(gòu)所制定的各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，結(jié)合汽車(chē)制造業(yè)的客觀情況給處RFID在汽車(chē)的應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，重點(diǎn)主要分析RFID在整車(chē)生產(chǎn)﹑零部件生產(chǎn)﹑物流和配送管理的規(guī)范，包括：各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的應(yīng)用模式的闡明，根據(jù)各個(gè)車(chē)間的客觀環(huán)境和需求分析制定電子標(biāo)簽的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)，安裝方式等規(guī)范和讀寫(xiě)器的位置和選擇類(lèi)型。

ABSTRACT

RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）is a non-contact automatic identification technology, it can obtain relevant data through radio signals and automatically identify targets. it can work without human intervention and work in all kinds of adverse circumstances. Besides, RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects quickly and easily and identify multiple labels at the same time. At present, the technology is applied in manufacturing, tobacco, animal husbandry, security and other industries. This paper focuses on the analysis of standards of RFID and application in automotive industry.
Firstly, this paper analyzes the current status of RFID standard system, introduces the principle of RFID, categories of electronic tags, readers. Secondly, Understands of the principles of bar codes and standards, comparative analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of bar codes and the status of bar codes used in automotive manufactory. Thirdly, according to the standards established by the standard system such as ISO EPC and the objective situation of RFID applications in the automotive industry, the paper         establish the standard system of RFID in automotive industry. The author focus mainly on the norms of RFID in vehicle production，parts and components production, logistics and distribution, including: all aspects of the application of the model set out, establish RFID data indicators, such as installation norms And the readers choose the location and type.
