某公司訂單跟蹤系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計

摘　要
訂單是公司、企業(yè)業(yè)務的靈魂，沒有訂單，也就沒有業(yè)務。而往日的手動的訂單管理模式已經(jīng)無法滿足公司、企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求。如果沒有專業(yè)化管理的工具，業(yè)務上就會受到如周期、庫存、人力、發(fā)貨、廢品、引入新產(chǎn)品和滿足客戶要求等問題的困擾。如果沒有一個有效的計劃，生產(chǎn)部門對以上這些問題以及其他一些類似的問題是很難回答的。由于缺乏公認的專業(yè)工具和知識體系以及其有效系統(tǒng)，也很難準確的衡量生產(chǎn)部門的工作業(yè)績。由此可見，訂單跟蹤信息系統(tǒng)的引入迫在眉睫。在應用訂單跟蹤信息系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境下，生產(chǎn)計劃可按照訂單來做出機動的調(diào)整，以保證銷售與運作規(guī)劃的合理性。
訂單跟蹤信息系統(tǒng)是一套集生產(chǎn)物料、訂單、生產(chǎn)計劃、質(zhì)量檢驗、產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨于一體的較為完整的信息系統(tǒng)框架。用來處理與訂單相關(guān)的一系列作業(yè)請求。限于水平有限，而且第一次完成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，不足之處在所難免，敬請斧正。

ABSTRACT
The order form is the business events soul, without the order form, also does not have the service. But former days' manual order form management pattern was already unable to satisfy the company, enterprise's development demand. If does not have the specialized management tool, in the service will receive like the cycle, the stock, the manpower, to deliver goods, the waste product, to introduce the new product and to satisfy question and so on customer request puzzles. If does not have an effective plan, the Production department is very difficult to reply to above these questions as well as other similar questions. Because lacks the recognition the specialized tool and the knowledge system as well as its effective system, also very difficult accurate weight Production department's work achievement. Thus it can be seen, the order form tracking information system's introduction is imminent. In using under the order form tracking information system's environment, the productive plan may defer to the order form to make the mobile adjustment, guaranteed that sells and operates the plan rationality.
The order tracking information system is a set of collection production material, the order form, the productive plan, the performance test, the product delivers goods in a body's more complete information system frame. Uses for to process and the order form related a series of job request. Is restricted in the level to be limited, moreover first timecompletes the system design, the deficiency is unavoidable, asksrespectfully to make corrections.

第一章 緒 論
1.1 研究背景
管理信息系統(tǒng)的概念起源很早。早在20世紀30年代，柏德就強調(diào)了決策在組織管理中的作用。50年代，西蒙提出了管理依賴于信息和決策的概念。50年代計算機已用于會計工作，1958年蓋爾寫道：管理將以較低的成本得到及時準確的信息，做到較好的控制。"這時數(shù)據(jù)處理一詞已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)。
隨著時間的推移，管理信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為一個獨立的學科分支，它繼承了其他眾多學科的理論、方法與應用技術(shù)，將各個學科綜合起來；同時，管理信息系統(tǒng)作為一種應用工具，又廣泛地應用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、交通、運輸、文化、教育、衛(wèi)生、體育以及各種社會經(jīng)濟活動的信息管理之中，并起著重要的作用，顯示出強大的生命力。
管理信息系統(tǒng)是依賴于管理和科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展而形成的。管理信息系統(tǒng)的三要素是系統(tǒng)的觀點、數(shù)學的方法和計算機的應用，而這三點也正是管理現(xiàn)代化的標志，所以說管理信息系統(tǒng)是依賴于電子計算機的發(fā)展而發(fā)展的。
現(xiàn)在，管理工作在一個企業(yè)或者部門里已經(jīng)變得越來越重要，為企業(yè)部門的工作和信息數(shù)據(jù)處理、分析預測、支持決策做出重要貢獻，可以說，現(xiàn)在的企業(yè)和部門工作已經(jīng)離不開管理信息系統(tǒng)了。
