城市客車造型設(shè)計(jì)（本科畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)）
摘 要

客車造型設(shè)計(jì)是車身設(shè)計(jì)的最初步驟，是整車設(shè)計(jì)最初階段的一項(xiàng)綜合構(gòu)思。客車造型設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)整車設(shè)計(jì)的多方面要求去塑造最理想的車身形式，他最終通過車身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)而體現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品，是科學(xué)技術(shù)與藝術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。
本文以客車的前圍、兩側(cè)圍、頂蓋以及后圍等部分及其相應(yīng)附件來設(shè)計(jì)，重點(diǎn)是前圍的設(shè)計(jì)，包括前圍擋風(fēng)玻璃的造型，前大燈，主外后視鏡的造型選?。粋?cè)圍中的側(cè)窗，以及前后門的造型選取，再加上各個蒙皮之間的協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)，和整體效果的設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)過本文的論述以及設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作，最終設(shè)計(jì)出了CKZ6101型城市客車，該車是重慶公交公司針對公交市場需求最新開發(fā)的一款力作。外觀典雅，平和大氣，方基調(diào)與小圓角渾然一體，彌漫歐洲古典魅力。大視野雙曲面的前擋風(fēng)玻璃盡展無際視野。加大側(cè)窗玻璃，令乘客盡攬一路美景。流暢的線條，玲瓏的曲線，都市氣息撲面而來。CKZ6100中型城市巴士是大中城市公交客運(yùn)首選的交通工具，必定給大中城市客車的發(fā)展帶來實(shí)質(zhì)性的飛躍。

ABSTRACT

Bus molding design is the first step of bus body design, and also is a comprehensive concept of design’s initial stage. Bus molding design is based on the various requirements of vehicle design to create the ideal body form. It finally passed body structure design of products. We can call it is the result of combine with arts and science and technology.
We fractionize the bus body to five parts, front, top, the both side and back. The important design is the front including the former circuit windscreen’s modeling, headlights, rearview mirror of the main select modeling; the body side modeling and the door of modeling selection, coupled with the coordination between the various skins, and the overall effect of the design. After this exposition and design stage of work, the final design of the CKZ6100-city bus. It is to require the market of public transport demand .It looks elegant, peaceful atmosphere, the tone and the small fillet seamless, diffuse European classical charm. Double vision surface of the widescreen can take great view to passengers. Smooth lines, exquisite curves. CKZ6100 –CITY BUS is the preferred for medium-sized and lager city. And it can create the development the city’s substantive leap.
