摘 要

多股螺旋彈簧(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)多股簧)由于其有良好的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、吸振、減振作用、壽命和安全性較高而成為航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和自動(dòng)武器等產(chǎn)品中是非常重要的一個(gè)部件。但是由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于多股簧的理論研究非常少,造成在多股簧的生產(chǎn)加工中,廢品率非常高、制造成本較高,而生產(chǎn)效率很低,且生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。其中多股簧在繞制過(guò)程中的回彈量研究就是其中很重要的一部分。
本文利用材料力學(xué)、彈塑性力學(xué)結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)加工中彈簧采用的生產(chǎn)加工工藝條件,對(duì)單股簧的回彈量進(jìn)行比較詳盡全面的理論分析,并推導(dǎo)了單股簧的回彈量計(jì)算公式,從而為以后多股簧的回彈量研究提供一定的理論分析基礎(chǔ)。
本次論文在研究多股簧的相關(guān)背景知識(shí),和生產(chǎn)加工的工藝條件。然后結(jié)合力學(xué)分析對(duì)單股彈簧進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析,并根據(jù)其變形階段分為了彈性和塑性變形兩個(gè)階段,根據(jù)變形種類(lèi)分為彎曲和扭轉(zhuǎn)變形。對(duì)相應(yīng)的各種情況做了詳細(xì)的變形分析。綜合各種變形情況下各自對(duì)加工參數(shù)的影響聯(lián)立方程求解出單股簧加工中這些工藝參數(shù)的計(jì)算公式。為以后做多股簧的回彈量研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。采用 borland C++ builder編制了簡(jiǎn)單的計(jì)算軟件,并實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了理論計(jì)算的精確度。

ABSTRACT

  Strand wires helical spring as they have very good mechanical strength, absorber, vibration-absorption effect,high life and safety become a very important component as an aviation engines and automatic weapons, and other products.However,due to the lack of theoritical research for strand-wire helical spring,there is high defective index,high manufacturing cost and low productive effect ,unstable production quality in the spring production. One part of the research is the spring-back study in the spring of winding.
By plasto-elasticity and spring processing conditions,the paper do a comprehensive theoritical analysis,and work out the calculation formula for a single stranded spring.This provides a theoritical analysis basis for strand wires helical spring in the future.
The paper summarizes the background and processing conditions of strand-wire helical spring.With the plasto-elasticity analysis on single stranded spring, the deformation section is divided into two sections,elasticity and plasticity; the deformation categories is divided into two kinds,bending deflection and tortional deflection.And detailed deformation analysis corresponding to the deformation conditions has been done.Integration of their respective effect on the processing parameters,Calculation formula for a single stranded spring is solved by the simultaneous equations.And provide a theoritical analysis basis for strand wires helical spring.For the digital and automation of spring production, a calculation software is worked out by using borland C++.Finally,the experimental tests this theoretical caltulation accuracy.Experimental results show that the accuracy of the theoretical formula is high.
