摘要

鋁合金的釬焊是用比鋁材熔點(diǎn)低的金屬材料作為釬料,用液態(tài)釬料潤(rùn)濕鋁合金和填充工件接口間隙并使其與鋁合金相互擴(kuò)散的焊接方法。釬焊變形小,接頭光滑美觀,適合于焊接精密、復(fù)雜和由不同材料組成的構(gòu)件。雖然鋁合金的釬焊方法多種多樣,但其原理是一樣的。
在鋁合金釬焊過程中產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力和變形等,不僅影響釬焊結(jié)構(gòu)的制造,而且還影響焊接結(jié)構(gòu)工件的使用。這些缺陷主要是由于釬焊時(shí)不合理的熱過程引起的。釬焊應(yīng)力是影響釬焊鋁合金性能良好的主要問題之一,因此對(duì)鋁合金釬焊溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的定量分析、預(yù)測(cè)、模擬具有重要的意義。
本文用ANSYS軟件對(duì)鋁合金釬焊性能進(jìn)行了分析研究,其主要包括焊接溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)的模擬分析。為了獲得合理分布的溫度場(chǎng),防止釬料的流動(dòng)及最大程度的減輕熱損傷,本文根據(jù)加熱原理的特點(diǎn),利用有限元方法對(duì)感應(yīng)釬焊過程的溫度場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬分析, 得出加熱過程鋁合金溫度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律及應(yīng)力、位移等的分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)比較吻合,證明了有限元模擬分析方法的可行性及其優(yōu)勢(shì)。

ABSTRACT

Aluminum alloy brazing is a welding process that uses aluminum metal materials which has a lower melting point of as a solder, and uses wet solder to fill gaps and make two kinds of materials interdiffusion. The brazing of the Aluminum alloy has a small deformation and smooth joint appearance, and is suitable for sophisticated, complex welding. Although there are different aluminum brazing methods, the principle is the same.
The stress and deformation, brazing structure not only affect the structure, but also affect the use of welding workpiece in the course of aluminum brazing. These deficiencies mainly due to brazing unreasonable during the process of the heat arising. Brazing stress is one of the issues that has an important impact on good performance, so it is very important to simulate the aluminum brazing temperature and stress field of quantitative analysis.
In this paper, aluminum brazing performance is analyzed by ANSYS software, including its main the analysis of welding temperature and stress-strain field .In order to better access to uniform distribution of temperature to ensure that the melting solder and solder to prevent the flow and reduce the maximum degree of heat injury, the better the performance on aluminum alloy brazing, Based on the principle of the characteristics of heating, use of the finite element method. The process of induction brazing temperature stress field simulation and analysis, that heating process aluminum distribution of temperature and stress, such as the distribution of displacement. It also defines a suitable material properties. The results showed that the simulation results and experimental data comparison anastomosis proved that the finite element simulation of the feasibility and advantages.
