摘 要


隨著我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,桁架結(jié)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于鐵塔、橋梁、屋架等現(xiàn)代建筑中,各種大型的、形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的桁架結(jié)構(gòu)相繼出現(xiàn),使得傳統(tǒng)計(jì)算方法難以適應(yīng)工程分析的需要,出現(xiàn)了計(jì)算精度差、效率低、難以分析計(jì)算等問題。而現(xiàn)有桁架結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件由于行業(yè)針對(duì)性不強(qiáng),工程建模、后處理功能不完善等因素,沒有很好地應(yīng)用到桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的分析計(jì)算中來。論文從桁架結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)出發(fā),圍繞桁架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析需求,對(duì)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析系統(tǒng)及其關(guān)鍵實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,開發(fā)了桁架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析原型系統(tǒng)。
論文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有桁架結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件進(jìn)行分析和研究,總結(jié)其不足并分析其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過研究桁架結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),明確系統(tǒng)需求,給出由接口層、事務(wù)處理層、支持層組成的三層系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),并規(guī)劃了包含構(gòu)件編輯、顯示查詢、構(gòu)件屬性、載荷編輯、內(nèi)力分析與顯示、節(jié)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)算、計(jì)算模型顯示和后處理在內(nèi)的八大系統(tǒng)功能模塊。接著對(duì)有限元分析技術(shù),參數(shù)化建模技術(shù),軟件系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù)和AutoCAD二次開發(fā)技術(shù)等系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。最后,借鑒課題組現(xiàn)有的有限元分析模塊,成功開發(fā)了桁架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析原型系統(tǒng)。

ABSTRACT


With the high speed development of construction industry, truss structure widely applies in modern constructions, such as iron towers, bridges and roofs, truss structures with large-scale, complex forms come forth one after another, which makes the traditional structure analysis methods cannot meet the needs of engineer application analysis any more, come with many problems such as poor calculation accuracy, inefficient calculation and difficult calculation. However, the existing truss structure analysis software, available for structure analysis do not fit the curtain truss structure analysis well, functions like engineering modeling, post-processing are imperfect, has not applied well in the analysis computation of truss structure . This paper analyzed the features of truss structures, regarding demands of computer aided analysis for truss structures. Based on the studies on the computer aided analysis system for truss structures and its core technologies, a computer aided analysis prototype system for truss structure is developed.
This paper first carried on the analysis and the research to the existing truss structure analysis software, summarized its insufficiency and analyzed its trend of development. Through the research the characteristic of truss structure, made clear the system requirements, gave the three-tier architecture, which was constituted by interface layer, transaction processing layer and supporting layer, and designed eight system function modules, which contained the component edition, the demonstration inquiry, the structure attribute, the load edition, the internal force analysis and the demonstration, the node checking calculation, the computation model demonstration and the post-processing. Then this paper carried on the research for the core technologies of system, such as finite element analysis technology, parametric modeling technology, software system systems development technology and AutoCAD re-development technology. Finally, combined with the topic-based group existing finite element analysis module, developed the computer aided analysis prototype system for truss structure successfully.
