摘 要
本文簡(jiǎn)述了國(guó)內(nèi)外的液壓挖掘機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外液壓挖掘機(jī)發(fā)展的不同之處,得出國(guó)內(nèi)挖掘機(jī)行業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。重點(diǎn)簡(jiǎn)述了液壓挖掘機(jī)中的一個(gè)重要種類—輪式挖掘機(jī)的行走部分不同的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行分類,對(duì)比不同驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的優(yōu)劣之處。
隨后對(duì)輪式液壓挖掘機(jī)行走部分的機(jī)械—液力傳動(dòng)方式中的變速裝置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。其變速器又分為直齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)和行星齒輪傳動(dòng)兩種方式,本設(shè)計(jì)是基于直齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)的方式,在給定液壓泵與液壓馬達(dá)的型式,對(duì)有一定速度要求和爬坡角度要求的情況下,對(duì)在此種傳動(dòng)方式下的變速器進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,其中包含對(duì)換擋機(jī)構(gòu)與脫橋機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。
設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中包含對(duì)變速器的性能設(shè)計(jì),參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),尺寸設(shè)計(jì)等,并按要求畫出變速器的裝配圖,重要零件的零件圖。
最終設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果包含兩部分—設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書與設(shè)計(jì)圖。設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書包括整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過(guò)程,設(shè)計(jì)圖包括整個(gè)變速器的裝配圖與重要零件的零件圖。

ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the domestic and international development of the hydraulic excavator, explores the differences between them, in order to find the means to develop the domestic industry of excavator. This thesis focuses on various drives of the walking equipment of wheel excavator, an important kind of the hydraulic excavator. Different drives are classified and compared.
Then the author designs the transmission of wheel excavator’s walking equipment in the machinery and hydraulic mode. The transmission is divided into spur gear transmission and planetary gear transmission. The spur gear transmission is adopted in this design. In the given hydraulic pump and hydraulic patterns, this design accomplished the structure design and calculation, including the design of the shifting mechanism and agencies of from shaft , meeting the demand of a certain speed and a climbing angle.
This design also includes the performance, parameter and dimension design of the transmission, and also includes the assembly drawing of the transmission and the part drawing of the important parts, thus it can demonstrate the shape and dimensions requirements more intuitively.
The ultimate design consists of two parts, the design calculation sheet and design drawing. The design calculation sheet includes the design calculation process, and the design drawing comprises the assembly drawing of the transmission and the parts drawing of important parts.
