摘 要

模塊化思想最初是應(yīng)用在技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方面,而目前企業(yè)越來越多地將這種思想運(yùn)用到組織設(shè)計(jì)以形成新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)上。企業(yè)組織進(jìn)行模塊化的主要原因是受到消費(fèi)者需求多樣化的驅(qū)動(dòng),表現(xiàn)形式主要體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品的模塊化生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)、價(jià)值鏈的分解與外包和組織間的聯(lián)盟與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化三個(gè)層面。模塊化組織的有效治理機(jī)制是規(guī)則治理,與企業(yè)和市場(chǎng)的治理機(jī)制相比,這種治理機(jī)制更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
而軟件的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)有何優(yōu)勢(shì)呢?如果是一個(gè)人或者是很小的軟件,他們沒有任何的優(yōu)越性,反而顯得更加復(fù)雜。但是如果是許多人協(xié)同作業(yè),或者軟件工程非常大是,它就會(huì)有非常明顯的優(yōu)越性,因?yàn)槠渌瞬恍枰滥氵@個(gè)工作組究竟是怎樣寫的,只是需要知道你這部分所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,知道他所擁有的接口就可以了,這樣程序設(shè)計(jì)就會(huì)更加簡(jiǎn)便,而且你還可以把某個(gè)部分外包,可以集中人力、物力先完成其中一部分的模塊,等等
本論文是國家實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心的創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容之一。應(yīng)用ADAMS軟件,在虛擬環(huán)境下開發(fā)一種由動(dòng)力子系統(tǒng)、傳動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)、執(zhí)行子系統(tǒng)組成的完整的機(jī)械虛擬系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的傳動(dòng)子系統(tǒng)可由諸如帶傳動(dòng)、鏈傳動(dòng)、齒輪傳動(dòng)等模塊組成,執(zhí)行子系統(tǒng)可由諸如凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)、連桿機(jī)構(gòu)等模塊組成。不同的模塊可組合出具有不同運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)性能的各種機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的原理方案,對(duì)不同的原理方案進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析和設(shè)計(jì)。
本文基于模塊化虛擬設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論,對(duì)牛頭刨床的動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了以下研究:
1.在ADAMS環(huán)境下建立由電動(dòng)機(jī)、帶傳動(dòng)、齒輪傳動(dòng)、六桿機(jī)構(gòu)組成的牛頭刨床參數(shù)化虛擬系統(tǒng),其中至少負(fù)載持續(xù)時(shí)間和負(fù)載大小、飛輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量參數(shù)為可調(diào)變量;分析不同工況下的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)問題(至少輸出刨刀的位移、速度、加速度曲線)和動(dòng)力學(xué)問題(至少輸出穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)電機(jī)軸的真實(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律),進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)(設(shè)計(jì)出飛輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量);
2. 比較分析虛擬系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)性能;
本論文運(yùn)用了模塊化虛擬設(shè)計(jì)的方法,并且使用了工作質(zhì)量較高的虛擬仿真軟件,因此設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)果具有可靠性。對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造由很高的利用價(jià)值,可以降低制造成本,提高生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
