摘 要
包頭第二熱電廠2×200MW機組脫硫系統(tǒng)是NID半干法脫硫技術(shù)首次在200MW機組上應(yīng)用。脫硫系統(tǒng)投運后暴露出的循環(huán)灰給料機、石灰變頻電機、混合器頻繁故障等問題影響到該系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定可靠運行。脫硫系統(tǒng)投運后對電除塵器效率有一定影響,煙塵排放濃度不能達標(biāo)。脫硫灰通過除塵器捕集后進入水力除灰管道系統(tǒng),對管道結(jié)垢存在影響。在參考國內(nèi)外大量煙氣污染控制文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合華能包頭第二熱電廠實際情況,對包頭第二熱電廠的NID半干法脫硫系統(tǒng)存在問題的原因進行了分析和研究,并對其經(jīng)濟性進行初步分析,為該脫硫系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟、可靠運行提供理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支持。

The 2×200 MW unit desulphurization system in BaoTou Second Heat and Power Plant is the first application of NID semi-dry desulfurization technology on 200 MW unit.Some problems,such as the frequently fault of circulating ash feeder,lime inverter-fed motors and mixer etc.which are discovered after desulphurization system operation,affect the steady and reliable operation of this system.Desulphurization system has certain influence for the efficiency of ESP after its operation and the fume emission density can not be passed. Desulphurization ash enters hydraulic ash disposal pipeline system through ESP catching, which has some influence for pipeline scaling.On the foundation of refering to plenty of domestic and international flue gas pollutive controlling documents,this paper,combining with the actual condition of Huaneng BaoTou Second Heat and Power Plant,has analysed and studied the problems'reasons of NID semi-dry desulfurization system in BaoTou Second Heat and Power Plant,and carries out preliminary analysis for its economy which can offer theoretical basis and tech support for the steady,economic,reliable operation of this desulphurization system.
