摘 要

混合動(dòng)力汽車是當(dāng)前最具可行性的環(huán)保節(jié)能型汽車,成為汽車行業(yè)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。由于混合動(dòng)力汽車具有兩套動(dòng)力源,動(dòng)力分配及能量管理比較復(fù)雜,因此,在混合動(dòng)力汽車基本結(jié)構(gòu)及其參數(shù)確定后,整車控制策略可以通過發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和電機(jī)的動(dòng)力分配,使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作在低油耗、低排放的區(qū)域,避開發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速等高油耗區(qū)域,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)整車燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性的提高和排放的改善。因此,研究混合動(dòng)力汽車控制策略對(duì)充分發(fā)揮其節(jié)油環(huán)保優(yōu)勢具有十分重要的意義。
本文以ISG型混合動(dòng)力汽車為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)工況下的ISG型混合動(dòng)力汽車控制策略進(jìn)行了研究,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā)。
首先,對(duì)混合動(dòng)力汽車主要?jiǎng)恿ψ@@山辛聳到?,对发动机、ISG電機(jī)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理分析,建立了動(dòng)力譆@傻氖的P?。对ISG型混合動(dòng)力汽車的工作模式進(jìn)行了分析,建立了以最大燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性為目標(biāo)的驅(qū)動(dòng)工況下的整車最佳控制策略。
在分析ADVISOR仿真軟件建模過程的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)insight車型這個(gè)ISG型混合動(dòng)力汽車的控制策略在ADVISOR的模塊進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真地閱讀和分析,了解了其工作過程。通過理解insight車型的控制策略了解了電機(jī)輔助控制策略的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。
最后,基于ADVISOR軟件和本文的汽車參數(shù)對(duì)ISG型混合動(dòng)力汽車進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),并對(duì)二次開發(fā)車型進(jìn)行了各種工況下的仿真,進(jìn)一步了解了其工作過程,得出了燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性有很大提高的結(jié)果。

ABSTRACT

Hybrid electric vehicle is the most feasible clean economical vehicle which becomes one of the research hotspot in automotive industry at present. But it’s complicated to distribute the power and manage the energy because the hybrid electric vehicles are always drove with two different power sources. When the basic configuration and parameters are confirmed, the control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle will optimize the internal combustion engine operation to improve the fuel economy and emission performance, through optimizing the power flow distribute engine and motor. Therefore, the research on control strategy is very important to exert the advantages of hybrid electric vehicle.
Using the ISG hybrid electric vehicle as the research object, the control strategy of ISG hybrid electric vehicle at drive condition was researched and done second development about it.
The numerical model of hybrid electric vehicle was built firstly in this paper. Based on the data of engine, ISG motor and NiMH battery, the numerical model of each power assembly was accomplished through analyzing the data. Then, the operation models of ISG hybrid electric vehicle were analyzed, and the best control strategy for hybrid electric vehicle at drive condition was built based on the numerical model aiming at the minimum equivalent fuel consumption.
Based on the analysis of modeling process for ADVISOR software, control strategy for ISG hybrid electric vehicle (insight) was read and analyzed. Through this, we can know about control strategy with motor assist.
At last, based on ADVISOR and the data that this paper provided, the second development was done about ISG hybrid electric vehicle. The simulation about ISG hybrid electric vehicle was done at some condition. From the simulation, we can know that the minimum equivalent fuel consumption is achieved.
