摘 要

為了適應(yīng)精密和超精密機(jī)械加工的要求,同時也適用于測量系統(tǒng),設(shè)計出一種三坐標(biāo)精密數(shù)控工作臺。工作臺具有X、Y、Z三個方向移動的能力,其中,X和Y方向采用SZH1010雙坐標(biāo)精密數(shù)控工作臺,X和Y方向的行程均為100mm,搭配步距角為1.8度/步,細(xì)分步為50步的RM2424S型步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,脈沖當(dāng)量為0.0006mm,工作臺傳動精度高,穩(wěn)定性好,動作靈敏,熱變形小,并且精確定位后工作臺可靠鎖緊。Z方向采用了單螺母變位導(dǎo)程預(yù)緊式絲杠副對X、Y雙坐標(biāo)工作臺及其支座進(jìn)行傳動,主柱導(dǎo)軌選用了4根四方向等載荷直線滾動導(dǎo)軌副,Z方向的行程為70mm,并且搭配步距角為1.8度/步,細(xì)分步為50步的RM26A3S型步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,脈沖當(dāng)量為0.0004mm,穩(wěn)定性好,精度高。工作臺的承載為30~35kg,在細(xì)分式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動下,工作臺能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)三方向的精密移動控制,能實(shí)現(xiàn)高定位精度和重復(fù)定位精度,基本滿足精密機(jī)械加工以及測量系統(tǒng)的要求。

ABSTRACT

Bearing the table for 30 ~ 35 kg, in the breakdown of the stepper motor- driven, three table to achieve the precise direction of movement control, to achieve high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, precision machinery to meet the basic processing and measuring system requirements.
