摘 要

為了適應(yīng)精密和超精密機(jī)械加工的要求，同時也適用于測量系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計出一種三坐標(biāo)精密數(shù)控工作臺。工作臺具有X、Y、Z三個方向移動的能力，其中，X和Y方向采用SZH1010雙坐標(biāo)精密數(shù)控工作臺，X和Y方向的行程均為100mm，搭配步距角為1.8度/步，細(xì)分步為50步的RM2424S型步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制，脈沖當(dāng)量為0.0006mm，工作臺傳動精度高，穩(wěn)定性好，動作靈敏，熱變形小，并且精確定位后工作臺可靠鎖緊。Z方向采用了單螺母變位導(dǎo)程預(yù)緊式絲杠副對X、Y雙坐標(biāo)工作臺及其支座進(jìn)行傳動，主柱導(dǎo)軌選用了4根四方向等載荷直線滾動導(dǎo)軌副，Z方向的行程為70mm，并且搭配步距角為1.8度/步，細(xì)分步為50步的RM26A3S型步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制，脈沖當(dāng)量為0.0004mm，穩(wěn)定性好，精度高。工作臺的承載為30～35kg，在細(xì)分式步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動下，工作臺能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)三方向的精密移動控制，能實(shí)現(xiàn)高定位精度和重復(fù)定位精度，基本滿足精密機(jī)械加工以及測量系統(tǒng)的要求。
