ABSTRACT
This subject is to design and develop the reinforcing bar of GQ40 cutting machine. The main contents of the design are:
1. The design of the total project
2. The design of the transmission system project
3. The design of the lubricate system project
4. The design of the control system project
5. The match of the flywheel’s inertial-moment with electrical engineering power
6. The checking calculation.
The main design point: the improvement of the control device and the match of the flywheel’s inertial-moment with electrical engineering power.
The design draws 6 diagram totally 3No.1s,4No3ed .They are respectively is that the gross assembly drawing, transmission system’s drawing ,control system drawing , I axletree drawing ,slide dollop drawing ,flywheel work diagram and connecting rod level drawing .
