摘 要
塑料成型是現(xiàn)代塑料工藝中的一種重要加工方法。注塑成型的關(guān)鍵在于注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)制造和注塑成型工藝的規(guī)定。注射模的設(shè)計(jì)、分析、制造,現(xiàn)在已廣泛利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)來(lái)替代技術(shù)人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和直覺(jué),并取得了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。注射模CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)是注塑成型加工技術(shù)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的一個(gè)里程碑,注射模CAD/CAE/CAM使設(shè)計(jì)人員避免設(shè)計(jì)中的盲目性;使工程技術(shù)人員在模具加工前完成試模工作;使生產(chǎn)操作人員能預(yù)測(cè)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)制品外觀和性能的影響。
本論文介紹了當(dāng)前塑料模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),闡述了注射模具、和CAE技術(shù)的應(yīng)用以及它們的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。塑料面板是電訊交換機(jī)成套設(shè)備中的關(guān)鍵部件之一,其注塑成型質(zhì)量對(duì)成套設(shè)備的外觀影響很大。本論文主要研究的是塑料面板的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)。運(yùn)用UG對(duì)零件建立三維模型,使用Moldflow軟件對(duì)零件的成型過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬仿真分析,預(yù)測(cè)其成型缺陷,通過(guò)模擬分析,優(yōu)化它的成型工藝參數(shù)和模具結(jié)構(gòu)。它大大縮短了開(kāi)發(fā)周期,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出生產(chǎn)效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、注塑成型質(zhì)量好的模具。

ABSTRACT
Injection molding is an important way in modern plastic processing. Design and manufacture of injection mold and injection molding process requirements is the key to the injection molding. Injection mould for the design, analysis, manufacturing, is now widely used computer-assisted technology to replace the experience and intuitive of technical personnel, and has achieved significant economic benefits. Injection mould CAD/CAE/CAM technology is a milestone of the injection molding processing technology in the development, injection CAD/CAE/CAM can make the designers to avoid blindness in the design; Engineering and technical personnel to completed the test mode before manufacture the mold; Operators can predict the influence of production process parameters to appearance and performance of products.
This paper introduces the development of the plastic mould industry in present, expatiates application of the plastic mould and the technology of CAE(computer aided engineering) and the trend of them. Plastic panel is one of key parts in whole set telecommunication equipment, its quality of injection molding affects the surface quality of the whole set equipment. This paper mostly study the design of the injection mold of the plastic panel. Building the three-dimensional model of the part by using UG(Unigraphics), putting up numerical simulation and emulation analysis to the process of forming the part by using moldflow software, forecast its shortcomings in forming, through the simulation analysis, optimize its process parameters in forming and the structure of mold. It greatly shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of production. And on this basis to design high efficiency, rational structure, good quality injection molding.
