爐頂旋轉(zhuǎn)布料溜槽傳動(dòng)齒輪箱是大型煉鐵高爐極為重要的部件,它的運(yùn)行狀況直接關(guān)系到高爐煉鐵生產(chǎn)的安全、正常進(jìn)行。盡管該設(shè)備部件在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮得比較細(xì)致、周全,使用單位還不斷加大檢修力度,但是在使用過程中仍然難免發(fā)生意外故障甚至嚴(yán)重事故。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,有必要對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)溜槽傳動(dòng)齒輪箱進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)故障仿真,對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程中會(huì)發(fā)生的故障進(jìn)行診斷,防患于未然,并給維修提供正確的信息,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
本文通過分析高爐布料齒輪箱的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和傳動(dòng)關(guān)系,研究了布料溜槽在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而不傾動(dòng)、傾動(dòng)而不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和傾動(dòng)等情況下的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性。利用ADAMS軟件建立了布料溜槽傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的虛擬樣機(jī)模型,在虛擬樣機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了各種傳動(dòng)形式的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真。根據(jù)布料溜槽運(yùn)動(dòng)特征及驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的動(dòng)力特征分析了在各種條件下的運(yùn)動(dòng)征兆,為故障點(diǎn)的評(píng)判與確定提供依據(jù),再結(jié)合機(jī)組的運(yùn)行工況、歷史資料及專家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)對(duì)故障發(fā)生的部位做出準(zhǔn)確判斷,以縮短維修時(shí)間。

ABSTRACT
The transmission gearbox of distributor chute on BF top is a key equipment of iron plant.It’s condition concern the normal production of iron-smelting directly .Although the design of the equipments is very careful and the overhaul is getting stronger ,the accidental fault is still unavoidable. The production practices is showing that It is essential for gearbox to Fault simulation campaign. By analysing the signal , We can prevent trouble before it happened and change maintaining regularly into foreseeing maintaining.
This article through the analysis blast furnace cotton material gear box's unique feature and the transmission relations, has studied the cotton material chute, in rotation, but not preferential motion, preferential motion but does not rotate, simultaneously rotates and situation and so on in preferential motion cotton material characteristics. Has established the cotton material chute transmission system's dummy specimen model using the ADAMS software, has carried on each transmission form kinematics simulation in the dummy specimen foundation. And actuated electrical machinery's dynamic characteristic according to the cotton material chute movement characteristic to analyze under each kind of condition movement indication, provided the basis for the fault point judgment and the determination, the recombination unit's operating condition, the historic information and the domain expert's experience knowledge the spot which occurred to the breakdown makes the accurate judgment
