摘 要

21世紀(jì)，全球人口老齡化進(jìn)程加快，由于各種災(zāi)難和疾病造成的殘障人士也逐年增加，殘疾人和老年人成為社會群體的重要組成部分，讓他們與無殘障人士間實(shí)現(xiàn)平等、無障礙的溝通與交流已成為當(dāng)今社會共同關(guān)注的問題。行動不便的人或殘疾人乘車，在其上下車時需要有身體條件好的人將其抱上或抱下，或幾個人將其抬上或抬下，由于車門大小和車內(nèi)空間有限，這個上下車的過程中行動極不方便，稍有不慎，還會受傷。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一個無障礙出租汽車輪椅升降機(jī)構(gòu)，用于方便坐輪椅的人員上下面包型出租汽車。本論文了一種無障礙車輪椅升降系統(tǒng)，具有升降平臺、控制升降平臺在地面與汽車間上升與下降的伸縮套筒式液壓缸升降機(jī)構(gòu)、輪椅鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓控制裝置，套筒式升降機(jī)構(gòu)與升降平臺用機(jī)械臂通過鉸鏈連接，液壓缸活塞桿裝置將輪椅鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)固定升降平臺在一定位置上，通過簡單的桿組機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)動，通過簡單的操作即可控制運(yùn)動。本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外型美觀，可適用于不同規(guī)格形狀的輪椅，人坐在輪椅上不動，操作無障礙車輪椅升降系統(tǒng)就能自動上下車，操作簡單，動作安全可靠，方便殘疾人及老年人乘車出行。
