論文通過對(duì)液壓進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)得了解,運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí),設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了整個(gè)液壓進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)的原理。從最初的液壓缸基本尺寸的計(jì)算和選擇,到液壓原理圖的得出,以及整個(gè)系統(tǒng)裝配圖的繪制,從產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝,液壓系統(tǒng)裝配和液壓各種回路等方面都對(duì)大學(xué)四年所學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),為我們走向液壓方向崗位也奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,在windows操作系統(tǒng)條件下,用AutuCAD軟件繪制了裝配圖。
論文主要研究包括以下一些方面:
1、設(shè)計(jì)液壓六工位進(jìn)給系統(tǒng),用于曲軸自動(dòng)平衡機(jī)去重系統(tǒng),通過本課題的研究使學(xué)生了解鉆液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。
2、了解機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,學(xué)習(xí)和鞏固所學(xué)的專業(yè)文化知識(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)能力。
3、繪制設(shè)備總圖、主要零件圖,編寫設(shè)計(jì)說明書。

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic system is mainly used in workstations and the linear motion rotary movement, each power tool and the rapid advance and retreat and cutting feed, and the workpiece clamping. Feed system is an important component of the drilling rig, drilling a direct impact on the efficiency, quality and rig the power consumption. Feed into the circuit generally have to cut expenditure, the pressure balance and feed to surge into three ways.
Papers by hydraulic feeding mechanism in the understanding and use of the knowledge, design and calculation of the entire hydraulic feed the principle. From the initial hydraulic cylinder the size of the basic calculation and choice, to the hydraulic principle of the draw, and the system as a whole assembly of the draw, it has laid a good foundation for us to move towards the direction of hydraulic posts. In the design process, under the conditions of the windows operating system, we map software using AutuCAD the assembly.
The following major research papers, including some aspects:
1、Design the six-feeding hydraulic system for the crankshaft to automatically re-balance system, Through the study of this topic so that students understand drilling hydraulic-driven principle, structural features.
2、Design methods to understand, study and consolidate the culture of professional knowledge, training students structural design capacity.
3、Drawing the map equipment, mainly parts map, prepared by the Design Manual.
