隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化發(fā)展,與人們生活密切相關(guān)的藥品、飲料等的生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化是一個(gè)亟待解決與完善的問題。灌裝機(jī)在包裝機(jī)械中應(yīng)用廣泛,如何解決灌裝問題是一個(gè)重要課題。
本論文目的就是利用先進(jìn)技術(shù),改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)性能可靠、高速、全自動(dòng)的灌裝機(jī)。
在研究了灌裝設(shè)備相關(guān)背景知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了現(xiàn)有灌裝機(jī)的工作原理、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制方式,針對(duì)不足之處提出了部分改進(jìn)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)完整的灌裝機(jī)的傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)總裝配圖、部分零件圖。分析了灌裝機(jī)的控制流程,完成了灌裝機(jī)的機(jī)械部分的設(shè)計(jì),即各個(gè)零件、部件的選型、尺寸的確定以及零件之間的裝配關(guān)系,如灌裝部分、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等。

ABSTRACT
As modern society of manufacturing automation development people's lives are closely related to production automation of drugs, drink and so on. So it is an urgent need to be solved. Can filling machine is widely used in the packaging machinery,how to solve the problem is filling an important subject.
This graduation project goal is the use advanced technology, the improvement designs a performance reliably, high speed, the completely automatic plastic can packing machine.
The present paper introduced with the can filling equipment related background knowledge, has analyzed the existing principle filling can machine principle of work, the mechanism and the control mode, the analysis, has studied the existing can packing machine deficiency, proposed the part improvement program, designs a complete can packing machine transmission structure assembly drawing, the partial detail drawings. The analysis takes care of the can packing machine control flow.Completed the filling machine mechanical part of the design, such as the various parts, components of the selection, determine the size of the assembly and the relationship between the parts.I design the filling part of movements,elevating mechanism and transmission system.
