摘要
本課題為分配器油蓋金屬壓鑄模設計。分配器油蓋形狀復雜，在模具設計中巧妙利用了復合彎銷進行斜推出結構，并使用彈簧和斜導柱的方法使模具復位。論文根據(jù)壓鑄模的設計標準進行了詳細的分析和設計，對整個模具壓鑄過程進行了討論。通過使用Pro/E的建模和分模，并導出CAD圖，完成了分配器油蓋金屬壓鑄模結構設計。

ABSTRACT
The subject of oil for the distributor cap metal die casting mold. Oil distributor cap complex shape in the mold design clever use of the complex structure of curved pin to ramp launch and use the springs and bevel pillar approach to mold reset. Thesis according to the design standards of Die Casting a detailed analysis and design of the entire die-casting process were discussed. By using Pro / E modeling and sub-modules, and export the CAD map, completed the oil distributor cap metal die casting mold structure design.
