    PRO/E軟件是美國(guó)PTC公司最新一代的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),制造和系統(tǒng)管理軟件,根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的消息,PRO/E軟件用途廣泛,它還包含了糾正正確和錯(cuò)誤的功能,利用它可以進(jìn)行幾乎所有的生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)裝配,包括NC制作過(guò)程,產(chǎn)品裝配,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),鑄件設(shè)計(jì),模具設(shè)計(jì),組織分析,關(guān)于生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)有限資金的管理分析,運(yùn)用分析好的方向來(lái)定型等等?,F(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)意識(shí)到許多大學(xué),許多職業(yè)都涉及到基礎(chǔ)軟件,包括設(shè)計(jì),機(jī)器維護(hù),數(shù)據(jù)管理,電器設(shè)計(jì),汽車(chē),玩具行業(yè)對(duì)空間CAD/CAM的需要。在我們國(guó)家有許多大學(xué)和工廠得到廣泛的運(yùn)用,同時(shí),局部地方在空間集成上運(yùn)用此軟件作為它的研究。
    使用PRO/E軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和其他軟件一起使用會(huì)更快,利用此軟件可以直接將三維,二維單元的草圖進(jìn)行相互轉(zhuǎn)換,它有聯(lián)合產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)管理零件功能和設(shè)計(jì)中的其他部分,用模型做工具設(shè)計(jì),生產(chǎn)加工時(shí)可以隨時(shí)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)修改,可以自動(dòng)的反映在其他相關(guān)的每一個(gè)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)刻,PRO/E2001軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要應(yīng)用在空間部分,模具部分,NC操控部分,在這些方面有具體的實(shí)例,利用大量圖表把每一部分的加工過(guò)程詳細(xì)描述。

Abstract:  The Pro/ ENGINEER is the United States PTC company new generation CAD/ CAE/ CAM that release it is often mighty that software, it is a software for gathering, right and wrong of its function, and make use of it can proceed spare parts the design, product assemble, few NC process, gold piece design, cast piece design, organization analysis, the analysis of limited dollar manage with product database, application analysis, direction shape better design etc..From now of the market come seeing the foundation software for many university for main profession for involving including the industry the design, machine, defending truely, making with data managing, electric circuit design, car, space CAD/ CAM for toy waiting, it at our country graduate school with factory inside getting the extensive application, at the same time, locally too in droves choosing using that software be used asing its research of its.
Usage the Pro/ ENGINEER proceeds development design, more want with other software quickly several times.Make use of that software can directly proceeds three units, two units sketch of convert mutually.It have the united product database to manage the function, and design in the spare parts, molding tool design, process themanufacturing to wait the any and bad stanza inside logarithms according to of modification, can all automatically reflect the other related and each the bad stanza, from but guarantee design with make to wait the unifying of each bad stanza data. Main portraiting of this design the Pro/ ENGINEER2001 design in the spare parts, molding tool design, NC operation method that process, and the solid example(Leaf round the molding tool process) make use ofed the large quantity's diagram slice the right each step to proceeds the detailed portraited.
