摘要
   目前,人海戰(zhàn)術(shù)和笨重的大中型機(jī)械被廣泛的應(yīng)該用于國內(nèi)的各種施工工程中。為了解決大中型液壓挖掘機(jī)在小范圍場(chǎng)地作業(yè)時(shí)堵塞交通、噪音污染等諸多問題,本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)小型液壓挖掘機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析研究,設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕、體積小、能夠360°回轉(zhuǎn)的液壓挖掘機(jī)。
  設(shè)計(jì)過程主要包括三部分:工作裝置、底盤行走裝置、回轉(zhuǎn)裝置。分別對(duì)各部分進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),將它們配合起來,設(shè)計(jì)出既緊湊又簡(jiǎn)單的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。然后對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,看其運(yùn)動(dòng)過程是否合理。最后設(shè)計(jì)出來的小型液壓挖掘機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,體積小,能夠360°回轉(zhuǎn),符合最初的設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Small Hydraulic Excavator Structure Design and Movement Simulation
Abstract
  Nowadays, human sea tactics and heavy or medium-sized machinery has been widely used in various construction in the domestic. In order to solve the problems such as traffic obstruction and noise pollution which are caused by the work of the hydraulic excavator on a small-scale venue. I studied a structure of small hydraulic excavators. I designed an excavator which has some advantage,for example,simple structure, light weight, small size and 360 ° rotation, etc.
  The design process consists of three parts: work device, chassis walking device, rotary device. I did the structural design of various parts and then tie them up. And then, I designed a compact and simple structure. I do the simulation of the movement of the structure designed to check the movement of the right or wrong. Final design of small hydraulic excavator is a simple structure small size, can 360-degree rotation. My design meets the initial requirements.
