擋鉤的冷沖壓模具設計

摘  要

本畢業(yè)論文是一臺加工混凝土的強制式攪拌機的裝配,主要完成對新型攪拌機的了解與認識,完成其裝配工藝,進而熟悉其內部結構及工作原理。
根據(jù)SM430攪拌主機的裝配,了解到該種攪拌機是在意大利先進攪拌機的基礎上針對中國混凝土骨料大,連續(xù)工作時間長等特點,模塊化、分體式設計系列攪拌主機,擁有三項意大利發(fā)明專利,其核心技術具備歐洲最先進的混凝土攪拌技術。攪拌驅動部分和攪拌主機本體是兩個獨立的部分,裝卸非常方便,有效解決了傳統(tǒng)攪拌機檢修及更換配件多的問題。 液壓部分配有一個手動備用泵,可在緊急情況下打開卸料門或動力系統(tǒng)保護殼。 卸料門雙液壓缸驅動,最大限度保證卸料門正常工作,卸料門軸承自動潤滑,提高軸承使用壽命。 同步帶采用國外進口多楔帶,功率強,效率高,使用壽命長。采用意大利多普賽牌潤滑油泵,穩(wěn)定性強,使用壽命長。調心軸承全部采用世界三大品牌之一美國進口TIMKEN軸承,性能更加優(yōu)越。采用意大利原裝進口邦飛利、羅西減速機,噪音低、使用壽命長。減速機與攪拌主軸采用獨特的軟聯(lián)接,有效解決了因卡料等因素引起的對減速機及電機的損害,大大加強整機的使用壽命。主機的保護罩除了保護主機外,更能讓清涼氣流持續(xù)進入罩內,冷卻電機和減速機,以保障連續(xù)作業(yè)。
這些先進技術大大提高了攪拌機的質量及使用壽命,提高了在同行業(yè)中的競爭力。這些先進技術同時給予我國一些企業(yè)啟發(fā),改進技術,發(fā)展國民經濟,同時也提高了建筑業(yè)的質量,促進建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展。
